   7. On the Free Bitcoin reward:
      1. For each qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, users will receive 'Free Bitcoin' or a cashback in the form of Bitcoin (BTC) amounting to one of the following:
         1. 1% of the total qualified transaction in PHP to be converted by Maya's system into BTC based on the market rate specific to the time of disbursement of the reward.
         2. 10% of the total qualified transaction in PHP to be converted by Maya's system into BTC based on the market rate specific to the time of disbursement of the reward.

      2. Qualified users may receive up to a maximum of PHP500 worth of their purchase/s back in BTC each month.

   8. On the 1M worth of BTC raffle:
      1. For each qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, users will also earn one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win PHP1 Million worth of BTC during the raffle draw. Example: User has two (2) qualified transactions worth at least P800 via Maya card and at least P100 via Maya Number payment resulting in two (2) raffle entries.
      2. Users can earn multiple raffle entries during the promo period and only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted.
      3. Qualified users may win only once regardless of the number of raffle entries earned during the entire promo period. Non-winning raffle entries will be included in succeeding raffle draws (if applicable).

      7. Every raffle draw will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prizes to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
      8. Only users with upgraded Maya accounts can get a chance to win raffle prizes. A user whose mobile number or name was drawn but does not have an upgraded account will not be considered a winner.
      9. The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
      10. Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media.
      11. All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
      12. Maya will buy the Bitcoin raffle prize for the prospective winners at the time it will be credited to their Maya Crypto Portfolio based on the given market rate/price at the time of crediting.
      13. Raffle prizes will be credited to the winner/s’ Maya Crypto Portfolio within thirty (30) business days after Maya reached out to them, provided that the users agreed to the terms & conditions of the promo.
      14. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
      15. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.

   1. Users are qualified for a 10% cashback voucher when they purchase any Cignal item on Shop.

4. To view the Free Bitcoin rewards, follow these steps:

5. To redeem a cashback voucher, follow these steps:  
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account  
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen  
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”

10. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
11. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
13. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.  
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited.  Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time.
