Adding money to your Maya at 7-Eleven branches just got easier! You can now skip the Cliqq kiosk and pay directly at the counter using a barcode generated in the Maya app. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Log in to the Maya app.
Step 2: Tap ‘Add Money’.
Step 3: Select the 7-Eleven logo.
Step 4: Input the amount you’d like to add to your Maya account. Then click ‘Continue’.
Step 5: Present the in-app barcode at a 7-Eleven counter and hand over the amount.
Important: For your security, the in-app barcode is valid for only 30 minutes from the time it was generated. If the barcode expires before you reach the 7-Eleven branch, you can easily generate a new one using the app.
Step 6: Wait for the SMS confirmation before leaving the 7-Eleven branch.
Make sure that the add money transaction goes through before leaving the 7-Eleven branch. Maya instantly sends an SMS notification for every successful load up transaction. You can also check your updated account balance in the app’s home screen.
“I don’t have the Maya app. Can I still add money to my account at 7-Eleven?”
You can still add money using Cliqq kiosks in select 7-Eleven branches. But if you can, download the Maya app so you can have access to more services and enjoy a seamless Maya experience. (Read: Which 7-Eleven branches have Cliqq kiosks for Maya Load Up?)
“Is there a limit to the amount I can add to my account?”
You can add as much as P20,000 to your account per barcode transaction. However, customers are still subject to the ceiling amount based on their account status. Basic Maya accounts (non-upgraded) have a P50,000 monthly limit, while Maya Plus (upgraded accounts) have a P100,000 monthly limit. (Read: How to upgrade your Maya account)
“Where else can I add money to my Maya account?”
7-Eleven is just one of the many ways you can add money to your Maya. You can also add money at SM Business Centers, Robinsons Business Centers inside Department Stores, Ministop outlets with Touchpay Kiosks, UnionBank ATMs, Shopwise, Wellcome, and 2Go outlets, Smart Padala centers, Palawan Pawnshop branches, and online banking via BDO.
