By private car:
From Manila, travel 270 km north (about 4.5 to 5 hours) via the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX). Prepare to shell out around P500 for toll fees (one-way).
By public transportation:
The Partas Bus Line is the main company servicing the Manila-San Fernando, La Union route. It will cost P436 for a one way ticket (P972 for the round trip) if you’re coming from the Cubao station and P541 (P1,082 for a round trip) from Pasay.
