Adding money to your Maya is easy when you have a BDO account!
Read on for a step-by-step guide on how you can do it via BDO Online and BDO Mobile Banking!
How to Add Money via BDO Online Banking:
1. Log in to your BDO Online Account and Select “Pay Bills”.
2. Choose source account and select “Maya” under “Company/Biller.”
3. Fill up the payment details, including the desired amount (min. P500, max. of P5,000 per day), your name and mobile number in Maya (format: 639XXXXXXXXX).
4. Receive the confirmation message from BDO on your screen.
5. Wait for the confirmation message from Maya via SMS once the money has been credited to your account.
How to Add Money via BDO Mobile Banking:
1. Log in to your BDO Mobile Account. Select “Pay Bills”.
2. Choose “Maya” under “Company/Biller.”
3. Enter the desired amount (min. P500, max. of P5,000 per day), your name and mobile number in Maya (format: 639XXXXXXXXX).
4. Receive the confirmation message from BDO on your screen.
5. Wait for the confirmation message from Maya via SMS once the money has been credited to your account.
Note that all Add Money transactions made between 9:00 AM – 9:59 PM on regular working days will be credited to the recipient Maya account within 2 hours of the payment confirmation from BDO.
All Add Money transactions made outside this period (holidays, weekends, before 9:00 AM and from 10:00 PM onwards on regular working days) will be credited to the recipient Maya account within 24-48 hours of the payment confirmation from BDO.
