How to register your PayMaya account:
- Log in to your PBCOM Online Banking account and go to "Manage Accounts".
- Under "Register Third Party Accounts - Other Banks", click "Register".
- Under "Bank Name”, select "PayMaya".
- On the "Account Name" field, type "PayMaya"
- On the “Account Number” field, enter your PayMaya mobile number in this format: 639XXXXXXXXX.
- On the "Account Nickname" field, type "PayMaya”, then click “Register”.
- On the "Enter OTP" field, type the One Time Pin (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number then click “Submit”. You can opt to answer a challenge question instead of validating via OTP.
- Wait for the confirmation message on your dashboard for successful registration.
How to add money to your PayMaya:
- Log in to your PBCOM Online Banking account.
- Select "Transfer", then click "Send Money to Deposit Account".
- Select your "Source Account".
- Under "Target Account", select "Other Banks" and choose "PayMaya".
- Enter the desired amount, then click “Send”.
- On the "Enter OTP" field, type the One Time Pin (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number then click “Submit”. You can opt to answer a challenge question instead of validating via OTP.
- Wait for an SMS from PayMaya confirming that the money has been credited to your account.
*Minimum Add Money amount is Php500.
*Maximum Add Money limit is Php10,000 per transaction.
*There is a Php30 charge for every successful PBCOM to PayMaya Add Money transaction.
