Promo Mechanics
- Open ang program to Maya Center Agent and will receive an SMS from MayaIDOL that they are qualified.
- Promo period is from August 1 to 31, 2021
- Exclusively offered ang program to pre-selected Maya Center Agent with PhP4,000 and below qualified transactions from previous calendar month.
- To qualify for the PhP500 reward, kinakailangang gawin ang mga sumusunod:
- Must process accumulated transactions worth PhP50,000 of any of the following services to receive PhP200 reward
- Maya Center
- Pay Bills
- Sell Load
- Add Money via Code
- Maya Encashment
- If agent successfully transact another PhP50,000 worth of qualified transactions, he/she will receive additional PhP300 reward.
- Qualified transactions must be successfully processed during the promo period.
- Qualified Maya Center Agent will receive one-time and a maximum PhP500 incentive in the form of Maya Center Agent credits.
- Credits are non-transferable and not convertible to gift certificates or any kind.
- Credits will be disbursed to the Maya Center Agent account used any time after reaching the prescribed amount to up fourteen (7) business days. Agent will be notified via SMS as soon as the incentive has been credited.
- Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is system customer- or biller-initiated or when it is discovered that there was fraud or gamification, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
- Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of incentive to non- compliant Maya Center Agent agent or account that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness of promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

- Open to Maya Center Agent nationwide with below PhP4,000 volume and will receive an SMS from MayaIDOL that they are qualified.
- Exclusively offered to Maya Center Agent with P4,000 and below qualified transactions from previous calendar month.

How to qualify for the reward?
- Agent must reach an accumulated transaction amount of Php50,000 to get Php200 Maya credits.
- If agent successfully transacts another accumulated Php50,000 of any or combined transactions, he/she will get another Php300 Maya credits.

- Remittance:
- Direct to Account: Padala, Claim
- Claim Anywhere: Padala, Claim
- Western Union Claim
- Maya claim (?)
- Pay bills
- Sell Load and / or
- Add money to Maya consumer
- Other services that we will officially add upon launch (eg. deposit to bank)
- Qualifying transactions may change to accommodate other future services such as WU encashment and agent banking.
- Qualifying transactions should be made from the first day up to the last day of the same calendar month.
When is the crediting of incentive?
- Incentive will be credited 5 working days after the promo period of each month.

How will the agent be notified if incentive has been credited?
- There are two options to check if prize had been successfully credited.
- Agent will receive SMS from MayaIDOL reflecting the prize amount.
- Agent may refer to his/her Maya Center Agent account’s home page to view prize amount.
How much is the maximum incentive per agent?
- Agent can earn a maximum of Php500 incentive in the form of Maya credits per month.
