Pamulinawen is held on the first week of February in honor of the province’s patron, St. William. It celebrates everything that makes Laoag special, from the camaraderie of its people to the iconic kalesa.

22nd Philippine Hot Air Balloon Fiesta
Clark, Pampanga
February 8 to 11, 2018
This two-decade-old aviation event is marketed as a two-day celebration of “everything that flies.” This year’s run at the Omni Aviation Complex will feature a hot air balloon show, aerobatic exhibitions, and the on-ground Fiesta Fly Market.

Panagbenga is more popularly referred to as “the Baguio Flower Festival” and “the Season of Blooming.” It lasts until the first Sunday of March and is known for the parade of floats featuring different types of flowers from Baguio’s flower industry.
