Add Money to your PayMaya account at 7-Eleven using barcodes!
Adding money to your PayMaya at 7-Eleven branches just got easier! You can now skip the Cliqq kiosk and pay directly at the counter using a barcode generated in the PayMaya app. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Log in to the PayMaya app.
Step 2: Tap ‘Add Money’.
Step 3: Select the 7-Eleven logo.
Step 4: Input the amount you’d like to add to your PayMaya account. Then click ‘Continue’.
Step 5: Present the in-app barcode at a 7-Eleven counter and hand over the amount.
Important: For your security, the in-app barcode is valid for only 30 minutes from the time it was generated. If the barcode expires before you reach the 7-Eleven branch, you can easily generate a new one using the app.
Step 6: Wait for the SMS confirmation before leaving the 7-Eleven branch.
Make sure that the add money transaction goes through before leaving the 7-Eleven branch. PayMaya instantly sends an SMS notification for every successful load up transaction. You can also check your updated account balance in the app’s home screen.
“I don’t have the PayMaya app. Can I still add money to my account at 7-Eleven?”
You can still add money using Cliqq kiosks in select 7-Eleven branches. But if you can, download the PayMaya app so you can have access to more services and enjoy a seamless PayMaya experience. (Read: Which 7-Eleven branches have Cliqq kiosks for PayMaya Load Up?)
“Is there a limit to the amount I can add to my account?”
You can add as much as P20,000 to your account per barcode transaction. However, customers are still subject to the ceiling amount based on their account status. Basic PayMaya accounts (non-upgraded) have a P50,000 monthly limit, while PayMaya Plus (upgraded accounts) have a P100,000 monthly limit. (Read: How to upgrade your PayMaya account)
“Where else can I add money to my PayMaya account?”
