ZERO Service Fee with Maya Easy Credit  

ZERO Service Fee when you use Maya Easy Credit with a min. spend of PHP 3,000.00 to scan to pay via QR, checkout online, pay bills, and more!

The promo is open to new and existing Maya Easy Credit users who will receive the following SMS spiel:  

“Enjoy FREE Service Fee when you use Maya Easy Credit with a min. spend of PHP 3,000.00 to scan to pay via QR, checkout online, pay bills, and more! Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-218721 Series of 2025” 

1. The campaign period will run from April 1 – May 31, 2025 
2. The promo is open to new and existing Maya Easy Credit users who will receive the following SMS spiel: “Enjoy FREE Service Fee when you use Maya Easy Credit with a min. spend of PHP 3,000.00 to scan to pay via QR, checkout online, pay bills, and more! Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-218721 Series of 2025” 
3. Users who do not receive the SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join the promo. 
4. Users need to activate and spend at least PHP 3,000 Maya Easy Credit from April 1-May 31, 2025 to qualify for the waived service fee for all qualified drawdowns within the promo period. 
5. Only the transactions qualified below, will be qualified for the promo:

6. Qualified users will be awarded the service fee cashback up to a maximum of PHP 8,000 spent with Maya Easy Credit within the Campaign Period. 
7. Qualified users will receive the service fee cashback once transactions have been validated.  
8. Maya Easy Credit approval is subject to credit evaluation. Service Fee varies per user depending on user’s credit history. A user may find the service fee in the Maya app upon application for Maya Easy Credit. 
9. The Service Fee cashback will be based on the qualified users’ total amount spent on the qualified activities seen in item 5, within the Campaign Period. 
10. Qualified users’ reward is capped at PHP 8,000 maximum spend. 
    1. Example 1: User transferred PHP 10,000 to wallet and spent all, the service fee of only maximum PHP 8,000 spent will be the basis for the cashback. 
    2. Example 2: User meets min. PHP 3,000 spend requirement and spent another PHP 3,000 for the rest of the Campaign Period. User will receive 100% service fee cashback for the entire amount spent during the Campaign Period, given that the total amount spent is within the PHP 8,000 cap. 
    3. Example 3: User meets the min. spend of PHP 3,000 spend requirement and spent an additional PHP 8,000 for a total of PHP 13,000. The user will receive 100% Service Fee cashback based on PHP 8,000 of spent, but the excess of PHP 5,000 is excluded as the rewardable amount is capped at PHP 8,000 spend of the total campaign period. 
    4. Example 4: User borrows and spends PHP 2,000, user will not be qualified for any service fee cashback since they did not meet the min. spend requirement. 
11. Maya Easy Credit account must be in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward. 
12. The necessary transactions must be verified and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher. 
13. The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher within thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period. 
14. To redeem the cashback / voucher, qualified users should follow these steps: 
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
15. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. 
     Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply: 
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. 
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted. 
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 

1. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. 
2. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
3. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. 
4. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
5. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
6. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given upon concurrence of DTI. 
7. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits) upon concurrence of DTI. 
8. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
9. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts. 
10. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to E-Sabong, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to ShopeePay, etc.) will not be qualified for the promo. 
11. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
