This promo is open to all NEW Maya users and Existing Maya Users where each are defined as:
1. New Maya users- those who created & registered their account from Oct.1-31, 2024
2. Existing Maya users- those who have created & registered their account prior to Oct.1, 2024.
  Example: User creates & registers their Maya account on Oct. 1, 2024. They are only considered as a NEW Maya User until Oct. 31, 2024. They will be considered as an existing user beyond Oct. 31, 2024.

New Maya Users

Qualified New Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% p.a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

If a Maya Savings accountholder who just opened a Savings account did not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet, he/she will still be enjoying a 3.5% interest rate p.a. on his/her Maya Savings account.

Existing Maya Users

Qualified Existing Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified accumulated transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact at least Php 250 to Php35,250 with fund source Maya Wallet, and Php 3,000 with fund source from Maya Credit, worth of qualified transactions again to qualify for the promo.
Maya Credit transactions made via QR, Pay with Maya, or at the Maya Shop are the only qualified transactions considered for the +1% Php 3,000 spend via Maya Credit.
Accountholder will see on the Savings dashboard their qualification duration for bonus interest rate they are qualified for Maya Savings on the same day of their successful transaction.
An accountholder who qualified within a certain month, will get their bonus interest rate until the last day of the same qualifying month as illustrated below:

Accountholder will be able to see their qualification duration for the bonus interest rate on the Savings dashboard or on the Missions screen

Note: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version so you can track your boosted interest. You can check your Missions anytime to see your progress. For some users, you won't immediately see your Savings interest screen but your bonus interest will still be credited to your account every day after making a qualified transaction.

Note: Users who have an active boost until last day of the month, will receive their final boosted interest on the first day of the following month.

Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or sub-merchants are not qualified for the promo.
Maya card (Visa or Mastercard) payments made to the following merchant categories will be excluded from the promo:

Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this
Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. Qualified users with uncredited interest rate and/or corresponding interest amount can expect crediting of missing interest rate and/or interest amount at least 14 to 30 days after the promo period ends.

Mechanics

To redeem the free membership voucher, qualified user must comply with all the following:
- Step 1: Join the early sign-up for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card via the Maya app or by visiting the membership counter at any Landers Superstore.
  - Using the Maya app, go to “Cards” tab and apply for Landers Cashback Everywhere Card
- Step 2: Apply and get approved for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card. Approved users will get a notification on their Maya app.
- Step 3: Get your Php700 voucher on your Maya Wallet 
  Claim your Php700 voucher from your Maya app
  - Got to your app home page 
  - Scroll down and tap “vouchers” 
  - Claim your “Landers Membership Voucher” and see it on your wallet
Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.

Terms & Conditions

The free membership voucher on your Maya app can be claimed up to sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period. Unredeemed vouchers will after the redemption period shall automatically be forfeited.
Free membership voucher is valid for one-time redemption per user only.
Landers business memberships and extension cards are not included in the promo.
Users that have qualified in the previous free membership promo are not eligible for this promo.
By availing of the free Landers membership, the user agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, age, birthdate, address, photograph, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by Landers in accordance with its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of issuing and maintaining his/her membership.
The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
Each Maya transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if it has already been issued.
Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Maya reserves the right to withhold the granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation.
Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited.
Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
