Eligible participants are Maya users with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
To qualify, eligible users must cash into their Maya Wallet using their VISA credit, debit, or prepaid card through the Maya app.
Qualified users can avail free VISA transfers for transactions below P5,000, while higher cash in amounts will be charged 50% off or P100 per A regular cash in through VISA is worth P200.
Sending money from another Maya account or any other bank is NOT included in the promo and will not be rewarded.

Qualified users will receive their cashback in the Maya app: P200 for transactions below P5,000 and P100 for higher amounts.
Qualified users will receive their cashback from the date of their valid transaction up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period.

Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly known as PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.

What is the PAL Mini App?

The Philippines Airlines (PAL) Mini App is a new way for you to access your PAL Mabuhay Miles account all within Maya!

What can I do on the PAL Mini App?

If you are an existing Mabuhay Miles member, you can link your Mabuhay Miles account and Maya account by logging in to the mini app. You will have access to your Mabuhay Miles profile and your miles balance instantly. Just click on the PAL tile on your Wallet dashboard and follow the instructions on the screen!

Don’t forget to make sure that your Maya account is fully upgraded before linking.

For non-members, you will also be able to enroll to Mabuhay Miles within the Mini App soon. Stay tuned!

Who can link their Mabuhay Miles account on the PAL Mini App?

You must be a fully upgraded Maya user with an existing Mabuhay Miles account.

If your account is not fully upgraded, you will be asked to complete the process before linking your account.

What if I can’t remember my Mabuhay Miles log-in details?

Why can’t I see the OTP sent to my email?

Try checking your Spam folder and make sure that you are using the same registered email on your Mabuhay Miles account.

Do I need to log in to my Mabuhay Miles account on the Mini App every time?

No, you only need to log in once! Once you link your Maya account to your Mabuhay Miles account you will always be able to access your Mabuhay Miles profile from the Maya app instantly.

To ensure the security of your account, we first verify that your account details on both Maya and Mabuhay Miles are a match before allowing you to log in and link your account.

Please review your account details on both Maya and Mabuhay Miles separately and ensure that all information is accurate and up to date. Once your account details are updated, kindly log in to your Mabuhay Miles account via the Mini App to link your account.

General Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions of the flight vouchers are as follows:
1. Inclusive of Government Taxes and Fees
2. Valid for the abovementioned destinations or routes only
3. Subject to flight availability
4. Status is Subject to Positive Space Must Ride (PSMR) priority
5. Strictly no extension on the validity of the flight vouchers
6. In the event of force majeure, or no current operations on a particular route, PAL may not be held accountable for the cancellation of flights or the inability to issue flight vouchers.
7. Not valid for travel during the Philippine Airlines’ embargo periods, which may be subject to change.
8. Once ticketed out, changes to booking will incur applicable fees. Final and complete passenger names and details must be provided.
9. Not for re-selling purposes.
Prizes are not convertible to cash.
The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media.
All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and registered snail mail. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
Each account linking or registration must be validated within the system to qualify for the promo. Linking and registrations will not be considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya account has fraudulent activities in the past.
Multiple Mabuhay Miles account registrations and linking from the same device using different email addresses or credentials will not be considered valid.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Bank, Inc., Maya Ph (Maya Philippines, Inc.), Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
