  1. Promo period is from March 18 – May 31, 2024.
  2. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya users who will use Maya during the promo period.
  3. Qualified users can participate in both mechanics below should they meet the qualifying requirements:
    1. Cashback Reward
      1. Users must transact a minimum of ₱1,000 in a single transaction and pay with Maya through the following channels:
        1. Pay with Maya Wallet
          1. Scan any QRPh to pay
          2. Checkout from Maya shop
          3. Login to pay online with Maya
        2. Pay via Maya Card (covers both virtual and physical cards)
        3. Pay via Maya Easy Credit
          1. Scan any QRPh to pay
          2. Checkout from Maya Shop
          3. Login to pay online with Maya
      2. For every qualifying transaction, users will receive a cashback voucher amounting to either one of the following:
        1. ₱ 3, or
        2. ₱ 30, or
        3. ₱ 3,000
      3. Cashback reward is capped at ₱ 3,000 per user or five (5) qualified transactions cap per user for the whole promo duration, whichever comes first.
      4. Users can qualify for the reward more than once, if ₱3,000 cashback cap per user has not been reached.
      5. Purchases beyond fifth (5th) per user will no longer be rewarded with
      6. Transactions made below the minimum ₱1,000 spend requirement will not be qualified for the cashback reward.
      7. Cashback rewards will be awarded as To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
        1. Open the Maya app and login to your account.
        2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
        3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
        4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim ”
        5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via
        6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya wallet account balance.
      8. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to E-Sabong, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to ShopeePay, etc.) will not be qualified for the promo.
      9. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
      10. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt of voucher.
      11. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits
        - ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.
    2.  Raffe Prize
      1. Users can do ANY of the following qualified transaction within the promo period:
      2. For each qualified Maya transaction made during the promo period, users will earn corresponding raffle entries depending on transactions for a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Boracay or Puerto Princesa (Palawan)
      3. Users can also refer a friend via @username or invite code for ten (10) raffle entries per successful referral.
      4. There will be a total of six (6) winners for the total promo duration:
      5.  All booking, claiming, and actual flights are valid only via Cebu Pacific until January 31, 2025.
      6. All booking, claiming, and actual hotels and accommodation are valid only via Hue Hotels and Resort Boracay and Puerto Princesa until January 31, 2025.
      7. All booking, claiming, and actual tours and activities are valid only via Guide to the Philippines until January 31, 2025.
      8. Winners of the raffle promo are not allowed to use the vouchers or rewards on separate The validity of the rewards is only effective during their chosen preferred dates.
        1. Example: If the winner of Trip to Boracay chooses August 1-3, 2024 as their preferred dates, the group must consume all rewards and vouchers (flights / hotels / tours and activities) during the same duration.
      9. Users can earn multiple raffle entries during the promo period and only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted.
      10. The raffle draws, to be witnessed by a DTI representative, and announcement of winners through Maya’s social media account/s are based on the following schedule:
      11. Winners must shoulder their own expenses to travel to the assigned departure
        1. For example: If the winner of Trip to Boracay is from Cebu, he/she must pay for their group’s travel cost to Clark.
        2. For example: If the winner of Trip to Puerto Princesa is from Davao, he/she must pay for their group’s travel cost to Clark / Cebu / Ilo-ilo.
      12. Flights, hotel and accommodation, and tours are applicable to Boracay or Puerto Princesa only.
      13. Terms and conditions of the flight vouchers are as follows:
        1. Valid for the abovementioned destination / route only
        2. With 20kg check-in baggage allowance per way
        3. Inclusive of Government Taxes and Fees
        4. Exclusive of passenger travel taxes
        5. Status is Subject to Positive Space Must Ride (PSMR) priority
        6. Subject to flight availability
        7. Tickets are valid for travel until January 31, 2025; the request must be processed at least fourteen (14) working days before Strictly no extension on the validity of the flight vouchers.
          1. Example: Intended date of use of 1 Round Trip (RT) Domestic tickets from Clark to Boracay is on January 15, 2025.
        8. In the event of force majeure, or no current operations on a particular route, CEB may not be held accountable for the cancellation of flights or the inability to issue flight vouchers.
        9. Not valid for travel during the airline’s embargo periods, which may be subject to change.
        10. Once ticketed out, changes to booking will incur applicable Final and complete passenger names and details must be provided.
        11. Not for re-selling
        12. Transferable to another passenger/s nominated by the grantee (before being ticketed out). This must also be coordinated prior with Cebu Pacific
        13. Cebu Pacific will be issuing the tickets to one point person in the Maya team as nominated and agreed upon, for further distribution and forward handling to the grantees and/or nominated passengers of the grantees. Guidelines document will be shared separately.
      14. Terms and conditions of the hotel and accommodation vouchers are as follows:
        1. Valid for the abovementioned destination only
        2. Hotel vouchers are valid until January 31, 2025
        3. Rooms are subject to availability
        4. Hue Hotels and Resort will provide airport / port transfers from and to hotel to the winners of Puerto Princesa only
        5. For Hue Hotels and Resort Boracay: 3 days and 2 nights stay in Family room (connecting room; 1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds)
        6. For Hue Hotels and Resort Puerto Princesa: 3 days and 2 nights stay in Family room (connecting room; 1 king size bed and 1 bunk bed)
        7. To redeem the voucher:
          1. Hue Hotels and Resort reservation team will contact the winners via email
          2. Hue Hotels and Resort reservation team will request for additional details including the following:
            1. Government-issued IDs
            2. A screenshot of winner announcement from the Official Maya Facebook page
            3. Copy of flight details
          3. Once confirmed, voucher will be provided to the winners
        8. The raffle prize stay at Hue Hotel is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
        9. Any changes to the booking, including date or room type, may be subject to additional charges based on the hotel’s policies and These charges will be communicated to the winner before any changes are confirmed.
        10. Winners are required to advise the hotel in advance if they need to make any changes to their booking details. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in penalties or limitations on the changes that can handle.
        11. Any additional charges incurred during the winner’s stay, such as room service, mini-bar consumption, or damages to hotel property, will be the responsibility of the winner and must be settled upon checkout.
        12. The winner is expected to adhere to all policies and guidelines during their stay, including but not limited to noise regulations, smoking policies, and check-in/check-out times.

        13. To redeem voucher:
          1. The raffle promo winners need to send an email to booking@guidetothephilippines.ph the following details:

            3. Copy of flight details (must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to scheduled activity
            4. GTTP will validate preferred travel dates
            5. Once validated, GTTP will provide an e-voucher for the travel package with the booking details

      22. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
      23. With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
      24. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
      25.       26. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
      27. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.

  11. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward
