1. The promo will run from October 1-31, 2022
2. The promo is open to existing upgraded Maya users and will buy load during the indicated promo period, and who will receive the following message via SMS, in-app notifications, and/or social media advertising
   1. Get up to 5 or 6% cashback when you buy load with Maya! Visit maya.ph/deals for more details. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB- 152161, Series of 2022
3. Qualified users will get either of the following from October 1-31, 2022
   1. 6% cashback on their single-receipt purchase of Smart, TNT or PLDT prepaid load with Maya
   2. 5% cashback on their single-receipt purchase of Globe, TM, DITO, Cherry Prepaid load
4. Max reward of P50 per user for the Buy Load Challenge Leg 1- get 5% or 6% promo.
5. Qualified users who have accumulated PHP3,000 worth of load purchases by October 21, 2022, 11:59 PM, will also get up to 10% cashback when they reach a total spend with either of the following range from October 22-31, 2022:
   1. Spend a total between Php0-1000, get 2% cashback
   2. Spend a total between Php1001-2000, get 5% cashback
   3. Spend a total between Php2001-3000, get 7% cashback
   4. Spend a total between Php3001 & up, get 10% cashback, max cap Php5,000
6. The following prepaid load items in the Maya app are NOT included for the promo
   1. Smart Exclusive load items
   2. Cignal prepaid load items
7. Qualified users will receive their cashback in the form of a claimable cashback voucher.
8. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
9. Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
10. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 30 days.
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
12. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
13. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
14. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
15. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
16. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
17. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

19. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
