1. Promo will run from March 15 to April 11, 2023
2. This promo is open to all new and existing upgraded Maya users (consumer accounts) who will buy or send load through Maya.
3. Qualified users who buy selected Smart & TNT load or data from Maya will get a chance to earn raffle entries for a chance to win cashback vouchers.
   • Double Giga 50- 5 raffle entries
   • Double Giga 99- 10 raffle entries
   • Power All 99- 10 raffle entries
   • Power All 149- 15 raffle entries
4. Raffle draws will be done every week:
   • March 22- first draw of 5 winners of P10,000 worth of cashback voucher
   • March 29- second draw of 5 winners of P10,000 worth of cashback voucher
   • April 5- third draw of 5 winners of P10,000 worth of cashback voucher
   • April 12- grand draw of 1 winner of P100,000 worth of cashback voucher
5. Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction as proof of the raffle entries they have earned.
6. The deadline for earning raffle entries is April 11, 2023, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
7. Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.
8. Raffle entries earned from the entire duration of the promo are cumulative for the Grand Prize draws only.
9. To redeem the cashback voucher, winners should follow these steps:
   • Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   • Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
   • Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
   • Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
   • You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   • Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
10. The list of raffle winners will be posted on Maya's social media channels.
11. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email, and phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. Maya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 12. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
13. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
14. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
15. Promo prizes are non-convertible.
16. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
17. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    • Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    • This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    • Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    • Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
    • Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.  
18. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited.  Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
19. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
20. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Bank, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle
21. All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity may be attended through the Smart hotline *888 from Monday to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Holidays.
22. Customers have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to SMART and Maya regarding the raffle entries earned. All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
