1. Promo period is from August 1 to 31, 2024
2. The promo is open to all TNT prepaid subscribers who are new or existing Maya users, with a Maya Savings account.
3. TNT users must accomplish the following tasks to qualify for the exclusive promo offers:
   • Step 1: Download, and register the Maya app
   • Step 2: Spend a cumulative amount of Php 100 on TNT load (self-load only) within promo period month.
     • “Self-load” is defined as a Maya user who will purchase load must purchase for their same Maya registered mobile number.
   • Step 3: Upgrade your Maya account and
   • Step 4: Open a Maya Savings account to receive a 1% cashback (with maximum amount of Php 1.00 per qualified TNT load transaction)
   • Step 5: Deposit a minimum amount of Php 1.00 to Maya Savings and
4. receive a +1% p.a. boosted interest on Maya Savings from date of qualified transaction until end of the month
5. Users will receive a maximum of Php 1.00 cashback for every Php 100 accumulated purchase of TNT loadwithin every promo period month.
6. Users is entitled to a limit of 2x cashback reward per promo period month or
7. a total maximum amount of Php 2.00 cashback within the qualified promo period month, whichever amount is higher.

6. Qualified users will have their reward credited directly to their Maya wallet.
7. All new or existing Maya users must purchase a cumulative amount of Php 100 TNT load from Maya Shop and deposit any amount to Maya Savings to be qualified to the exclusive promo.a.
   1. Bonus of 1% interest rate p.a. booster for user’s with up to first Php100K deposit on their Maya Savings account, will start on the day when user fulfills the required TNT load purchase via Maya, and deposit to Maya Savings, and will end on the last date of the promo period month
   2. Users must make a qualified transaction each month within the promo period to get the +1% bonus interest rate p.a. for each promo period month
      
   3. Final boosted interest covering qualified balance on the last date of the month will be credited to the user’s Savings account on the next date of the following month.
8. Once any of the above transactions are completed, the qualified Maya user will be able to enjoy the following offers:
   1. Get an additional 1% interest per annum on your first Php 100,000 deposit on Maya Savings

9. The additional 1% interest p.a. exclusive to this promo will be in addition to Maya’s existing Maya Savings base interest of 3.5% p.a.
10. Qualified New Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% p.a. on balances up to Php 5,000,000.00, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per below:

*Anything beyond Php100,000 earns 3.5% interest p.a.

*Any balance in excess of Php 5,000,000.00 will not get any interest 

If a Maya Savings accountholder who just opened a Savings account did not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet, he/she will still be enjoying a 3.5% interest rate p.a. on his/her Maya Savings account.

11. Qualified Existing Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 5% p.a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

*Anything beyond Php100,000 earns 3.5% interest p.a.

*Any balance in excess of Php 5,000,000.00 will not get any interest

12. If a Maya Savings accountholder who just opened a Savings account do not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet per promo mechanics, he/she will enjoy interest rate as stated in the Maya App.

13. In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact and achieve an accumulated spend of Php 150 TNT load & deposit of any amount to Maya Savings again to qualify for the promo.
14. Account holder will see his/her qualification duration for the bonus interest rate on the Savings dashboard or on the Missions screen the same day the qualified transaction was made.
    1. Note: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version so you can track your boosted interest. You can check your Missions anytime to see your For some users, you won’t immediately see your Savings interest screen but your bonus interest will still be credited to your account every day after making a qualified transaction.

17. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
18. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
19. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
20. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited.
21. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
22. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
23. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user's account balance is once again within the allowable limits - P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

25. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

27. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
28. Select users eligible for other targeted promos may no longer be eligible for this promo at the discretion of Maya.
