2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya users who have done the following tasks within the promo period:
   • Step 1 – Sign up for Maya, upgrade your account
   • Step 2 – Open a Maya Savings account and nominate your Username

     To create your own Username, just follow these steps:

     1. Tap the “Profile” icon on the upper left corner
     2. Tap "Get Started" to create your @username
     3. Claim your @username

   • Step 3 – Deposit at least P1,000 to Maya Savings
   • Step 4 – Order a Maya Card from the Cards dashboard. Here’s how:
     1. Go to your Cards dashboard
     2. Order your card
     3. Get your P200 cashback from Maya!
     4. Please refer to clause #7 for the schedule on when you will receive your cashback.
3. This promo is not open to Maya employees.
4. Users who qualify for this promo:
   • Will only get (1) FREE Maya card with their username
   • Are not qualified for other Free Maya card offered by Maya Savings
   • Users who have not yet claimed a username but ordered a Maya Card in-app are disqualified from this promo because they did not satisfy Step 2 of Clause #2
5. Users who qualified from previous Free Maya Card offered by Maya Savings from June to December are no longer qualified for this campaign.
   • To check if you have a Free Maya Card voucher from the previous campaigns, log in to your Maya app, go to your Vouchers on your Wallet dashboard and look for Free Maya Card voucher

7. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance

9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
10. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
11. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
12. Should the qualified spend transaction to be cancelled or declined within the promo period, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

14. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded
15. Deposits are insured by PDIC up to P500,000 per Maya is regulated by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
