1. The promo period is from September 2 - 25, 2022.
2. Qualified users will receive P300 discount for a minimum spend of P3,000 at the SM Store when they:

3. Qualified users can redeem the discount with every P3,000 minimum spend at the SM Store throughout the promo duration.
4. Discount will be applied by the cashier upon presentation of SMAC and proof of employment/subscription as stated above.
5. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of getting multiple or higher discounts will NOT qualify.
6. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
8. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of discounts to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
9. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.

11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
