1. Promo period is from October 15, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Promo extended until January 31, 2022 (Extension applies to cashback reward ONLY).
2. This promo is open to consumers 18 years old and above who will purchase 7L bottle/s of Wilkins Distilled. Only PayMaya users with existing accounts and those who will create PayMaya accounts to participate in this promo are eligible to win.
3. Participating Wilkins Distilled 7L bottles will come with:
   1. A specially-marked label with a scannable QR CODE that will lead users to the promo landing page on the PayMaya portal (paymaya.com/wilkins2021)
   2. A unique PROMO CODE printed in the bottle (underneath the label) that users will need to enter in the PayMaya app
4. Each unique promo code that is successfully entered in the PayMaya app entitles the user to the following:
   1. An instant prize in the form of PayMaya credits worth either PHP 5, PHP 50 or PHP 500
   2. A raffle entry for a chance to win PHP 50,000 in the weekly draw and/or PHP 1,000,000 in the grand raffle draw
5. To claim the instant prize and earn a raffle entry, users must:
   1. Scan the QR code in the Wilkins Distilled 7L bottle label
   2. Open the landing page, read the mechanics, and click on the promo link that will either:
      1. Prompt the user to download and create a verified PayMaya account (for those with no accounts yet)
      2. Open the PayMaya app and ask the existing user to log in
   3. Users with newly-created accounts will be prompted to enter the unique promo code in the app, while existing users will have to click on the Wilkins banner in the app homepage before they can enter the code. The user or promo participant that enters a unique promo code first will be deemed the legitimate owner of that unique promo code in the event of double entries. Succeeding entries of the same unique promo code will not be honored.
   4. The user will receive a voucher reward worth PHP 5, PHP 50 or PHP 500 upon successful entry of the code. This voucher may then be redeemed/claimed by the PayMaya user up to 60 days after it is awarded.
   5. All unused codes printed on the Wilkins bottles will be deactivated after December 31, 2021 when the promo period ends.
   6. To redeem, the user must click “Claim” then the amount will automatically be reflected in his/her PayMaya balance. Once the amount is already reflected in the user’s PayMaya e-wallet balance, it may be used at any time for transactions using PayMaya .
   7. The user will also earn one raffle entry for every unique promo code that is successfully entered in the PayMaya app.
   8. All raffle entries are cumulative from the start until the end of the promo period. Participants will be notified of their raffle entries via SMS.
   9. Qualified users may enter their unique promo codes in the PayMaya app to earn instant prizes and raffle entries until the end of the promo period only.

6. The maximum number of promo codes that each user can enter in the PayMaya app during the promo period is 25 only. Maximum of 4 promo codes daily.
7. Qualified participants may only win once in the weekly raffle (PHP 50,000 prize), but will still be eligible to win in the grand raffle (PHP 1,000,000 prize).
8. The raffle winners will be chosen via a virtual electronic raffle draw on [dates] in the presence of a representative from the FDA, Paymaya, CCFEL and CCBPI.
9. The raffle winners will be announced to the public via the official Facebook pages of PayMaya and Wilkins. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of the FDA.
10. The winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. PayMaya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on PayMaya’s Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 11. Weekly and Grand Prize will be in the form of cash credited to the winner’s PayMaya e-wallet .
12. Prizes are VatEx and are non-transferable. Instant Prizes are non-convertible. Weekly and Grand prizes may be convertible if withdrawn by winner from the winner’s PayMaya account subject to applicable rules and fees of PayMaya and the winner’s bank
13. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
14. PayMaya and Wilkins reserve the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
15. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the FDA.

17. PayMaya is fully responsible for the operation of the PayMaya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    • PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    • This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    • PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    • PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
18. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., PLDT Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc., Coca-Cola Far East Limited their affiliates, advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promo.
19. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
