Get P300 Cashback at the Toys "R" Us VIP Sale

1. This promo is open only to customers who do not have a Maya account yet and will newly register to join Maya with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines, and will transact using scan to pay via Maya QR. Not valid for transactions paid via cash, Maya Card, credit/debit card, or other e-wallets.
2. Additionally, only users who will create a new consumer account using the Maya app will be qualified to participate.
3. Qualified new users are entitled to receive a one-time ₱300 cashback for a minimum single-receipt purchase worth P3,000 at any of the following dates and branches of the Toys R Us VIP Sale:

4. Qualified new users can only earn the cashback for valid transactions during the Toys R Us VIP Sale dates.
5. The maximum cashback amount of ₱300 can only be availed once per new user throughout entire promo duration.
6. Qualified users will receive their ₱300 cashback voucher in the Maya app any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
7. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
8. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of getting multiple or higher cashback will NOT qualify.
9. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer app accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
11. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
12. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
13. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the discount equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the discount has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.
17. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
18. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
