2. New users who do not have an existing account and will sign up for Maya within the promo period, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines.

9. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
10. To use the treats voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Receive an SMS from SHARETREATS for your e-voucher code.
    2. Proceed to the nearest <McDonald’s/Potato Corner/Mang Inasal branch) - cashier
    3. Present SMS with CODE to the cashier. For Potato Corner, click the link on the sms and show to cashier.
    4. Receive corresponding item.
11. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
12. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
13. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
15. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

18. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
19. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
20. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is provden of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
21. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
22. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
23. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
