Gas Up and Win one year's worth of Shell Fuel when you #ScanToPay!

1. Promo period is from November 15 to January 15, 2022.
2. This promo is open to all PayMaya consumer accounts who will #ScanToPay with PayMaya QR at participating Shell stations.
3. All those who will gas up at participating Shell stations will earn one (1) raffle entry for every P100 and a fraction thereof spent for a chance to win one of the following prizes. (ex. P100-199 is one raffle entry).
4. The minimum spend to qualify for the promo is P100.
5. Earning of raffle entries will only count from single transactions. Splitting of transactions to accumulate (e.g. 2 transactions of P50) won’t register as a raffle entry.
6. A user can earn unlimited raffle entries but may only win once. In the event that a winner is drawn more than once, he/she will be given the higher reward.
7. There will be a total of twelve (12) winners for this promo:
   1. 2 winners of One (1) Year Worth* of Shell Fuel (*Valued at P60,000)
   2. 10 winners of P2,000 PayMaya credits
8. Raffle to be drawn on December 21, 2021 and January 21, 2022, over virtual live draw with the presence of a DTI representative.

9. Qualified users will receive updates on their raffle entries via SMS.
10. Claiming of Prizes:
    1. Winners will be notified by authorized PayMaya personnel via SMS and/or phone call and registered mail along with a social media post on PayMaya’s official Facebook page.
    2. Winners will also be given instructions on how to redeem their prize.
    3. Winners should present the following documents when claiming their prizes:
       1. PayMaya account
       2. Two (2) Valid IDs
    4. Redemption period is within 60 days upon receipt of notification.
    5. Prizes that are left unclaimed 60 days after receipt of notification letter will be forfeited in favor of PayMaya Philippines Inc. upon prior approval from the DTI.
    6. Fuel credits are not convertible to cash but are transferable.
    7. 1 Year worth of Fuel can be claimed from Shell at (41st Floor, The Finance Centre, 26th Street corner 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila 1635).
    8. Consolation prizes will be in the form of PayMaya credits and will be automatically credited to the winners’ registered PayMaya account.
11. Announcement of winners will be done online via the official social media pages of PayMaya and Shell.
12. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
13. The winners must agree to have his/her photos/videos taken and name published as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo.
14. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
15. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
16. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions or payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
17. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
18. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
19. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their PayMaya credits from their voucher on time.
20. The voucher can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.

22. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
23. All employees of PayMaya Philippines Inc., Pilipinas Shell Petroleum, their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promotion.
24. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts, sharing devices, or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or debit the value of the prize, or benefit from the account balance at PayMaya’s sole discretion without specifying cause.
