Turn your bills cashback into savings!

1. Promo runs from December 15-31, 2022.
2. The promo is open to upgraded Maya users (consumer accounts only) with a Maya Savings account, and those who will create a Maya Savings account within the promo period.
3. The promo is open to upgraded Maya users (consumer accounts only) who have not made any bills payment transactions under the “Credit Card” category on the Maya app prior the promo start date.
4. Qualified users must accomplish the tasks below in any order within the promo period to get a reward:
   1. For qualified users with no Maya Savings account yet, they must open an account from December 15-31, 2022.
   2. Pay a credit card bill on the Maya app. Minimum payment of P5,000 required.
5. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted within the indicated promo duration before the user is credited with the reward.
6. Qualified users will get P100 Cashback deposited to their Maya Savings account as reward.
7. Qualified users can avail of the reward only once during the promo period.
8. Rewards of qualified users will be credited directly to their Maya Savings account anytime from the date of their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period. Should there be system limitations, rewards of qualified users will instead be credited directly to their Wallet anytime from the date of their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
9. Should the user be qualified for daily interest of 6% per annum, computation and crediting of their interest earned will start on the day the reward is credited to the qualified user’s Maya Savings account.
10. For rewards credited to Savings:
    1. After completing a qualified bills payment transaction, users will receive their reward via direct credits to their Savings account amounting to Php 100.
    2. The cashback deposited to Maya Savings will be reflected as “Rewards to Savings” on the Savings Transaction History Screen.
11. Failure to create a Maya Savings account within the promo period will lead to expiration and forfeiture of the cashback reward.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
13. Maya account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
14. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in the promo.
15. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abouse of system in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
16. Maya reserves the right to withhold the granting of rewards where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation.
17. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
18. Should the qualified transaction be canceled, voided, refunded, or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the canceled payment transaction, even if the reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/rewards credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of the withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit balance not withdrawn when your balance becomes sufficient.
19. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
