Pay a PLDT bill, get up to 100% Cashback!

General Mechanics

1. Promo will run from November 1-30, 2022. Extended until January 31, 2023 as approved by DTI-FTEB.
2. The promo is open to PLDT Home subscribers of plans Plans 999 and up.
3. This promo is open to new and existing Maya users who will pay the full amount of their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app.
4. During the promo period, eligible users can receive the following rewards:
   1. New User Reward: PHP100 CASHBACK
      1. New user refers to all Maya users who have not made at least one PLDT Home bill payment via the app prior the promo start date.
      2. New users who are PLDT Home subscribers of Plans 999 and up are entitled to Php100 cashback when they pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app for the first time.
      3. To be eligible for the cashback, users must pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app in full and on time.
      4. After paying their PLDT Home bill in full and on time, eligible users will receive Php100 reward via their Maya account within 14 business days.
      5. Eligible users can only avail of the new user reward once during the entire promo duration.
      6. The P100 reward is not “stackable” on top of the partial cashback reward. First-time Maya payers will only receive P100 the first time they pay their bill on Maya.
      7. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single bill that is split into multiple bill payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.
   2. Returning User Reward: PARTIAL CASHBACK
      1. Returning user refers to all Maya users who have made at least one PLDT Home bill payment via the app prior the promo start date.
      2. Returning users who are PLDT Home subscribers of Plans 999 and up are entitled to up to 100% cashback when they pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app.
      3. To be eligible for the cashback, users must pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app in full and on time.
      4. Users will be rewarded any of the following when they pay their qualified PLDT Home bill with a min. P999 transaction amount:

         REWARD PERCENTAGE	REWARD CAP
         0.5% of the total qualified transaction	₱10.00
         5% of the total qualified transaction	₱100.00
         100% of the total qualified transaction	₱2,000.00

      5. Eligible users will receive their reward via their Maya account within 14 business days.
5. To redeem the reward voucher, please follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and “Claim”.
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
6. All rewards from this promo will be on top of rewards users can receive from existing parallel promos by Maya or PLDT – unless otherwise stated, such as but not limited to:
   1. Joining Bonus for new Maya users and new PLDT payers
   2. Maya Savings 6% Interest
   3. Free Maya Card
   4. Free Cash In Offers
7. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
   1. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only, registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts.
   2. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
   3. Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
   4. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted by Maya cannot participate in this promo.
   5. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. gaming, abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
   6. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts, even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions of the promo.
   7. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from the user’s balance if the user’s balance is insufficient.
   8. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
   9. Maya users with merchant accounts are disqualified from participating in this promo.
   10. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
