   5. Qualified users must accomplish the following tasks below within the promo period to get raffle entries for the prizes mentioned in section 3

      • Step 2: Earn raffle entries for every unique bill paid on Maya. Min. P700 bill payment per transaction.

   6. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user qualifies for a raffle entry.
   7. Splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions will not be counted as unique and valid transactions.
   8. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification upon successfully earning a raffle entry.
   9. Users may qualify for multiple raffle entries but may only win a prize ONCE during the promo period (November 30 to December 6).    10. The raffle draw will be on December 8, 2022. The raffle draws will take place in the presence of Maya and a DTI representative and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

   11. Announcement of winners will be on or before December 12, 2022. Winners will be announced to the public via Maya’s official Facebook page, and will be contacted by Maya within seven (7) business days.  
   12. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will be posted on Maya’s Facebook page.
   13. Prizes are non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other ticket levels.
   14. Winners can claim their tickets until December 21, 2022 only. Once ticket prizes are claimed, Maya will not be responsible for any lost concert tickets.
   15. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
   16. Maya will notify the winners through their registered mail, and call or SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through SMS, call, or mail. Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgement of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
   17. With prior approval of the DTI-FTEB, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption. 
   18. Winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Maya upon request, as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo. Winners agree that Maya’s use of these photos in any material must not require any further compensation from Maya.
   19. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.

   2. Promo period is from November 29 to December 12, 2022.
   3. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will Login to Pay with Maya on TikTok Shop upon checkout.
   4. How to get 20% Cashback:
      1. Users who have yet to make their first-ever login to pay with Maya transaction on TikTok Shop are eligible for this reward.
      2. Minimum spend of P350.
      3. Qualified users are entitled to 20% cashback up to P100.
         1. For a spend of P350, a user will receive P70 cashback in Maya
         2. For a spend of P440, a user will receive P88 cashback in Maya
         3. For a spend of P500 & above, a user will receive P100 cashback in Maya
   5. How to get 12% Cashback:
      1. Users who previously made a login to pay with Maya transaction on TikTok Shop are eligible for this reward.

      3. Qualified users are entitled to 12% cashback up to P100.
         1. For a spend of P700, a user will receive P84 cashback in Maya
         2. For a spend of P785, a user will receive P94.2 cashback in Maya

   6. Both rewards can be only redeemed once. Each user is entitled to either 20% or 12% cashback for the whole promo period. After which, succeeding payments on TikTok Shop will no longer be rewarded.
   7. Each Maya payment must be validated or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.
   8. Users will receive a push notification or SMS once the reward is successfully credited.

General Terms and Conditions

4. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
5. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
6. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
8. Maya users with duplicate accounts or transactions cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
9. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
10. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
11. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
12. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
13. Should the qualified spend transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
14. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
15. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
16. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
