Get up to P100 cashback when you pay 2 unique Government bills for the first time in Maya!

1. The promo will run from August 1-31, 2022.
2. The promo is open to all new and existing Maya users who will pay their first Pag-IBIG, SSS, or NHMFC bills using Bills Payment feature worth at least PHP 3,000.
3. Qualified users will receive P50 cashback when they pay a unique Pag-IBIG, SSS, or NHMFC bill using Maya for the first time ever.
4. Qualified users can get another P50 when they pay another unique Pag-IBIG, SSS, or NHMFC bill after their first transaction within the indicated promo period
5. Only those transactions made via Maya’s in-app bills payment feature will be qualified for the promo. The following transactions will not be qualified for the promo reward:
   1. Online payment through the partner’s website using the user’s Maya-linked mobile number
   2. Online payment through the partner’s website using the Maya physical or virtual card.
6. Qualified users who will pay using Maya can receive a maximum of PHP 50 per transaction.
7. Qualified users who will pay using Maya can receive a maximum cashback amount of PHP 100 for the promo.
8. Qualified users will receive their reward as a redeemable cashback voucher inside the Maya app.
9. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
10. Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
12. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback and disqualification from winning the raffle.
13. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
14. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
15. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
16. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
17. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
18. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
19. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
20. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

22. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
