Get up to 250 cashback when you pay your bills via Maya!

1. Promo Period: May 1 to June 30, 2022
2. Eligibility: This promo is open to all new and existing Maya users (with consumer accounts only), who are currently residing in the Philippines, and will transact using the Maya app.
3. Prize: Maya users who participate in this promo can receive up to Php 250 cashback upon completing the following transactions within 1 calendar month:

   NOTE: Activity 1 & 2 are non-sequential (i.e. can be completed in any order). However, both Activities 1 & 2 must be completed to be eligible for Activity 3 and receive the full Php 250 / Php 200 cashback amount for the calendar month:

4. For the Cashback: 
   1. The user does not have to complete all tasks in order to receive the corresponding cashback per biller/mission (i.e. user can pay just 1 biller and still receive the cashback for that biller). 
   2. Users who pay their bill using the Pay Bills feature can earn their cashback credit instantly once the bill has been successfully cleared and posted. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transaction confirming that the amount is credited to their Maya wallet. 
5. Other Terms & Conditions: 
   1. Eligible users can only receive the cashback for each activity once per calendar month. 

      Example computation:

      Bill 1- User pays Meralco bill amounting to P2500 , user receives P50 cashback.

      Bill 2 - User then pays his PLDT Home bill (not his first time) as his 2nd bills payment transaction with Maya for the calendar month, user receives P50

      Bill 3 – User pays Maynilad bill amounting to P1000 and user gets P100 cashback. 

      Total cashback: P200 

   2. Splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions will not be counted as unique and valid transactions. 
   3. Bills payment and donations made for specific categories and businesses listed below are not qualified for this promo: 
      1. All billers under “Donations” category 
      2. All billers under “Payments Solution” category (DragonPay, Grab, Shopee, PesoPay, etc.) 
      3. COL Financial 
      4. Cignal 
      5. Sun Cellular 
   4. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only, registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts.  
   5. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo. 
   6. Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued. 
   7. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted by Maya cannot participate in this promo. 
   8. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. gaming, abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
   9. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts, even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions of the promo. 
   10. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from the user’s balance if the user’s balance is insufficient. 
   11. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.   
   12. Maya users with merchant accounts are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
   13. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph. 
        
6. To pay bills using the Maya app, follow these steps: 
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account 
   2. Tap “Bills” in the home screen 
   3. Select the desired biller 
   4. Enter the required details (e.g. account number) and the amount to be paid 
   5. Review and confirm your payment details, then click “Pay”
