1. The promo period is from March 1 – April 15, 2023.
2. The promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will pay their BIR Taxes for the first time during the promo duration using the in-app Bills Payment feature. The minimum payment requirement is at least Php 2,000.00.
3. Only those transactions made via Maya’s in-app bills payment feature will be qualified for the promo.
4. Payments made via QR or on BIR branches are not qualified for this promo.
5. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry for paying their BIR transaction worth at least PHP 2,000.00 through the pay bills function of the Maya app.
6. Qualified users may win only once during the entire promo period. Non-winning raffle entries will be included in the succeeding raffle draws (if applicable).
   1. Example: Customer A wins the Draw #1, he/she will not be included in the succeeding draws and the Grand Prize draw

8. The raffle draws, which will be in participation of a DTI representative, and announcement of winners through Maya’s social media account/s are based on the following schedule:

9. Winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya registered email address and mobile number. Winners should present the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes to Maya:
   1. Valid ID
   2. Acknowledgement receipt (to be provided by Maya)
10. Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receipt of winner notification via registered mail. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon receipt of the winner notification via the registered mail will be forfeited (the prize) in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
11. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
12. The prizes will be sent to the winner’s Maya accounts in the form of a voucher upon systems verification.
13. To redeem the reward voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
    2. Scroll down and tap ‘Vouchers’ in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under ‘Available’ and tap ‘Claim’
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap ‘Claim Now’
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
14. Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferrable.
15. All regular and contractual employees of Bureau of Internal Revenue and Maya Philippines, Inc. including its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
16. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
17. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback and disqualification from winning the raffle.
18. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of Maya.
19. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
20. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
21. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
22. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
23. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
24. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
25. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback or reward on time. The cashback or reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

27. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
