Earn P22 cashback and a chance to win P100K when you pay BIR taxes!

1. The promo period is from 15 March – 15 April 2022.
2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya users who will pay with Maya for their BIR transactions worth at least PHP 1,500.00 through the pay bills function of the Maya app.
3. Qualified users will receive a biller convenience fee cashback voucher worth PHP 22.00.
4. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
5. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
6. Users that pay their transactions through the pay bills function can earn their cashback voucher once the bill has been successfully posted.
7. Qualified users can only avail themselves of the cashback once for the entire promo.
8. Qualified users for the cashback will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transaction.
9. Users will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
10. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in the Maya account balance.
11. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
12. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry for paying their BIR transaction worth at least PHP 1,500.00 through the pay bills function of the Maya app.
13. For the raffle, a user can receive unlimited raffle entries. A user can win once during the weekly draws and win once during the grand raffle draw.
14. Participants will be notified of their raffle entries via SMS.
15. There will be forty-five (45) winners for the promo. The prize will come as follows:

16. The raffle draws, which will be in participation of a DTI representative, and announcement of winners through the Maya social media account will follow the schedule below:

17. Winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya registered email address and mobile number. Winners should present the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes to Maya:
    1. Personal Information
    2. Valid ID
18. Winners will be given maximum seven (7) days to acknowledge. Failure to revert back to Maya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim and Maya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners.
19. The prizes will be sent to the winner’s Maya accounts in the form of a cashback voucher once confirmed their eligibility.
20. Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferable.
21. The splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback voucher or raffle entry will NOT qualify.
22. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
23. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
24. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
25. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
26. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
27. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc., BIR, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
28. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
29. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (e.g. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
30. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
31. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
