1. Promo period is from July 15, 2022 to August 31, 2022
2. This raffle promo is open to all active PLDT Home subscribers covering new & existing members of PLDT Home Rewards.
3. These are the ways to earn raffle entries:
   1. For non-members of the PLDT Home Rewards Program, simply signing-up to the program within the periods covered earns them one (1) raffle entry
   2. For existing members of the program, every on time and full payment of their PLDT bill made via the Maya app during the promo period entitles the member to one (1) additional raffle entry.
4. Program members may check the amount of his/her valid raffle entries by logging into his/her PLDT Home Rewards account via the MVP Rewards website.
5. Prize: Five (5) lucky PLDT Home Rewards members per month will P100,000 worth of Maya Wallet credits.
6. Winners must have a current and active PLDT Home postpaid account at the time of draw, with no outstanding balance or disputes to win their raffle prize.
7. Announcement of winners will be posted on PLDT’s website and official social media platforms; winners will be notified via call-out, email and registered mail.
8. Employees of PLDT Inc. and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
9. Qualified entries shall be extracted on draw dates in the tables below. Marketing and DTI representative shall draw the winners as scheduled via MSTeams (online).:

10. For Tax Settlement of Prizes : a. 20% Tax for all prizes above P10,000 will be shouldered by PLDT.
11. Claiming of Prizes: Upon announcement, each winner receives a unique alphanumeric code via SMS from PLDT. They must log-in to Maya to verify their identity and activate the code.
    1. PLDT to notify winners via SMS that includes a unique voucher code assigned to winner’s mobile number and a deeplink to the Maya app.
       1. If customer does not yet have the Maya app or a PayMaya account, deeplink leads winner to App Store/Google Play Store to download the app. Winner creates and upgrades their account then proceeds to PLDT Home Mega Maya Giveaway Missions Page*.
       2. If customer has a Maya account but is not upgraded, they must upgrade their account in order to view the Mega Maya Giveaway Missions page.
       3. If customer does not pass KYC (Know Your Customer) Fraud Check, they will not be able to view the Missions page.
    2. On the Mega Maya Giveaway Missions Page, winner inputs their unique alphanumeric code received via SMS.
    3. Maya then captures all relevant info needed for disbursement.
    4. Customer receives SMS from Maya for successful credit of amount (2 transactions of Php 50k).
    5. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
    6. Customer receives prize money direct to wallet.
12. Other terms & conditions:
    1. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only.
    2. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted by Maya cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. gaming, abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
    4. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts, even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions of the promo.
    5. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from the user’s balance if the user’s balance is insufficient.
    6. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    7. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
