Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon their acknowledgment of the winner notification from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgment of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
