Send money and get a chance to win an iPhone 13 Pro Max or P50,000

1. Promo runs on the following dates:
   • August 12-14, 2022
   • August 19-21, 2022
   • August 26-28, 2022
2. Promo is open to all Maya users (Consumer accounts only) with upgraded accounts.
3. Qualified users who will send at least PHP 1 to another Maya user (Consumer account) for 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS will earn 1 raffle entry for a chance to win 1 iPhone Pro Max or PHP 50,000 in the weekly draw (refer to the table below for the list of weekly prizes). A user may only earn up to 3 entries for the entire promo.

   Only raffle entries earned during a given week will be included in the weekly draw for the same week. Raffle entries earned by a user during a previous week will not be carried over to the next weekly draw

4. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification upon successfully earning a raffle entry.
5. 1 weekly winner will be drawn via electronic raffle. The raffle draws will take place in the presence of Maya and a DTI representative and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
6. A qualified user may only win a prize ONCE during the promo period.
7. Prizes are non-transferable.
8. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
9. Maya will notify the winners through call and SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of seven (7) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by replying to the SMS or answering the phone call from Maya. Failure to respond to the Maya team during this period will forfeit a user’s eligibility to claim the prize and Maya reserves the right to award the prize to backup winners.

   Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon their acknowledgment of the winner notification from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgment of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.

10. With prior approval of the DTI-FTEB, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
11. Winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Maya upon request, as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo. Winners agree that Maya’s use of these photos in any material must not require any further compensation from Maya.
12. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
13. Winners will be announced to the public via Maya’s official Facebook page. The promo winners will be announced anytime from date of the weekly raffle draw to up to fourteen (14) days after said the draw.
14. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
15. For the iPhone 13 Pro Max prize, Maya will manage the prize delivery and shoulder courier fees for all winners.
16. For the PHP 50,000 prize, Maya will credit the amount to the winner’s Maya wallet (based on the Maya-registered mobile number drawn during the weekly raffle).
17. In case of unavailability of iPhone Pro Max (128GB) in Graphite color/ finish at Maya’s chosen supplier for the item, Maya reserves the right to award the iPhone Pro Max (128GB) in another color/ finish.
18. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
19. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
20. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
21. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
22. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
23. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.  
24. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts. 
25. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
