- Pay for their Meralco Bill via the Maya App for the first-time
- Subscribe to a Spotify Premium plan in the Spotify App/ Website using their Maya-registered mobile number for the first time
- Cash-in, Send Money, Pay for SKUs in the in-app Shop or Pay a biller, and Scan-to-Pay or Pay with their Maya registered mobile number as a first-time user or as a returning user
- Online payments made at government agency websites or apps are NOT included in this promo
- Users will be tagged either as a returning user or a first-time user for each transaction category for the duration of the promo. Said tagging will determine the cashback voucher offer applicable to users per transaction category. Tagging will be as of Oct 9.
- First-time users per transaction category are users who have NEVER done a transaction pertaining to the relevant transaction category. Offers applicable to them are the “offers for first-ever transaction per category”, listed down below. Once availed, they can no longer avail of the offer for returning users of the transaction category.
- Returning users are users who have already done a transaction in the past pertaining to the relevant transaction category. Offers applicable to them are the “offers for returning users” and they cannot avail of the “offers for first-ever transaction per category”, listed down below.
- Based on the tagging above, users will see only the offers per transaction category that are applicable to them in the Missions section that is found at the top right corner of the Maya App.

- The maximum total cashback voucher value for each user for the entire promo is P1,544.
- All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
- Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app at any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
- To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
- Open the Maya app and log in to your account
- Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
- Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
- Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
- You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
- Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
- Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single bill that is split into multiple bill payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback voucher will NOT qualify.
- Users who will avail of the promo using Maya’s in-app bills payment facility will only receive their cashback voucher once payment is settled to the merchant within the indicated promo period.
- Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
- This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
- Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
- Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
- The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please emailsupport@Maya.com.
- Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
