Merry Money Holiday: Send, spend, and pay with Maya to win weekly prizes!

1. Promo runs on November 23 – December 20, 2022.
2. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities to be entitled to the following rewards:

   WEEKLY CASH PRIZE POOL STARTING AT P100,000

   1. Qualified Maya users are entitled to win from a shared cash prize pool that will be offered every week from November 23 – December 20, 2022. The weekly shared cash prize pool will refresh every Wednesday at 12:00 AM, PHT. The weekly cash prize pool amount starts at P100,000.
   2. The weekly shared cash prize pool will be divided into two prize tiers. Each tier offers a specific prize value, that will be split among qualified users who meet its corresponding minimum transaction count. Only successful transactions for qualifying Maya services will be counted as eligible transactions.
   3. To qualify for winning an equal share in the weekly cash prize pool, users must meet a weekly minimum transaction count, hereby referred to as points, as detailed in the table below:

   4. Users will be allowed to make a maximum of 4 qualified and successful transactions for every unique Maya Service. Transactions in excess of the 4 qualified transactions per service will not be considered as a qualified transaction that adds to a user’s share in the cash prize. Maya Services that users can transact with are as follows:
      1. Essentials: Cash In, Send Money, Cards (Pay with a Maya Virtual or Physical Card), Pay with QR, Pay with Maya
         
      2. Money Makers: Credit, Buy Crypto
         
      3. Payments: Bills, Load
         
   5. Users who will be transacting on the following Maya Services must also meet a corresponding minimum transaction requirement:

   6. Once users qualify for their respective tiers, their shares in the cash pool will be computed by dividing each cash prize pool per tier by the total number of qualified transactions per tier, and multiplying each share by the number of qualified transactions per user. This amount will be the amount to be rewarded per qualified user. Sample computation below:

   7. The count of qualified transactions will refresh weekly at 12:00AM PHT on Wednesdays. The count of qualified transactions from the previous week will not be carried over into a user’s total transaction count within the following week. Every Wednesday at 12:00AM PHT, the count of transactions for each user will begin at zero, in order for all weekly joiners—new and old—to have an equal opportunity to qualify for a share in the weekly cash prize.
   8. Winners will receive their shares of the cash prize in the form of a cash voucher, which will be credited within fourteen (14) business days after the last day of the week that they have participated in.
   9. To redeem the cash voucher, follow these steps:
      1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
      2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
      3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
      4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
      5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
      6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.

   WEEKLY WINNER OF P10,000 OR A MAYA VIP PASS

   1. Qualified Maya users will get a chance to win either of the P10,000 or Maya VIP Pass raffle prizes that will be offered every week from November 23 – December 20, 2022. The weekly raffle prizes will refresh every Wednesday at 12:00 AM, PHT.
   2. Raffle entries from the previous week will refresh every Wednesday at 12:00AM PHT. The count of raffle entries per user will not be carried over into a user’s total raffle entry count of the following week.
   3. Users must transact with any of the following Maya Services in order to earn a raffle entry to be one of the 10 weekly winners of a P10,000 cash prize or 10 weekly winners of Maya VIP Pass for free InstaPay Transfers and ATM Withdrawals and lifetime free Maya Card renewal:
      1. Pay with QR
      2. Pay with your Maya number/Pay Online
      3. Pay with your Maya Card (Virtual or Physical)
      4. Claim @username and Send Money via @username
   4. Users need not meet a minimum transaction count with the above Maya Services in order to qualify for the weekly draw. One transaction is equivalent to one raffle entry, and users may complete multiple transactions of the same Maya Service to earn more raffle entries.
   5. Winners will be announced on select social media channels within seven (7) business days from the designated raffle draw schedule for each week.
   6. WEEKLY RAFFLE FOR P10,000
      1. Ten (10) winners will be selected every week to qualify for the P10,000 cash reward.
      2. Winners will receive P10,000 in the form cashback vouchers up to fourteen (14) business days after the weekly draw period.
      3. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
         1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
         2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
         3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
         4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
         5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
         6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
   7. WEEKLY RAFFLE FOR MAYA VIP PASS
      1. Ten (10) winners will be selected every week to qualify for the Maya VIP Pass.
      2. Users will receive rebates on their transaction fees for the following transactions up to four (4) times every month from January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023:
         1. InstaPay inward transfers to Maya Savings
         2. InstaPay outward transfers from Maya Savings
         3. Withdrawals via ATM
      3. On the Free Maya Card renewal for life:
         1. Users will receive a Free Maya Card through a voucher code that they can input at checkout when they purchase the Maya Card Solo SKU from https://store.maya.ph.
         2. The voucher code credited to the qualified user will be seen at the Voucher section of the app. On the wallet dashboard, user must scroll down and tap the Voucher tile and look for ”Free Maya Card” voucher and follow the instructions indicated on how to order the Free Maya card.
         3. The voucher code is unique per user and is non-transferable.
         4. The voucher code is valid for claiming up to 3 months upon receipt of customer via SMS.
         5. Users who do not yet have a Maya Card must purchase a Maya Card before December 31, 2022 in order to claim their Free Maya Card renewal for life. Should the user not purchase a card before the said date, they will no longer qualify for this reward.
      4. Users must have an active Maya Savings account in order to qualify for the weekly draw.
      5. Users must have an activated Maya card connected to their Maya account in order to claim the lifetime Maya card renewal reward.
      6. The Maya VIP Pass will be valid for the selected users from January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023, except for the Free Maya Card renewal for life which does not have a validity end date.
      7. Rebates on transfer and withdrawal fees will be given in the form of cashback vouchers. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
         1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
         2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
         3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
         4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.
         5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
         6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
      8. A qualified user may only win a prize once during the promo period (from November 23 – December 20, 2022).
      9. Prizes are non-transferable.
      10. The winners will be drawn on the following dates via Microsoft Teams, in the presence of a DTI representative.

3. Maya’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
4. Maya will notify the winners through their registered mail and call and SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgment of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
5. With prior approval of the DTI-FTEB, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
6. By joining the promotion, winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Maya upon request, as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
7. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
8. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
9. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
10. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are automatically disqualified from joining the promotion.
11. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
12. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system or are proven to be committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
13. If a cash reward has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the reward given.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to receive rewards).
15. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cash reward on time. The cash reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
16. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cash reward or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cash reward or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.  
17. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
