   10. Prizes are non-transferable.
   11. The promo organizer's decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
   12. Maya will notify the winners through their registered mail and call and SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through SMS, call, or mail. Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya.
