   1. Promo is only valid for existing Pick.a.roo users who have made at least one previous purchase on Pick.a.roo.
   2. Qualified user is entitled to receive ₱100 off on a minimum spend of ₱4,000 when they checkout and pay via their Maya number with the code “MAYA100” on the Pick.a.roo app or website.
   3. The promo duration is from April 21 to May 21, 2023, extended until May 31, 2023 as approved by DTI-FTEB
   4. This discount can only be redeemed one time for a qualified transaction during the promo duration.
   5. The promo code “MAYA100” is applicable to all brands and categories in Grocery only.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
2. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya and Pick.a.roo reserves the right to withdraw the discount equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the discount has already been credited. Maya and Pick.a.oo reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
3. The customer must notify Pick.a.roo for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Pick.a.roo on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email ask@pickaroo.com.
4. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.
5. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.  
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
