1. Promo period is from July 20 to July 31, 2024
2. This promo is open to all new and existing upgraded Maya consumer accountholders who are 21 years old and above and are currently residing in the Philippines. 
3. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry for every ₱1,500 minimum cash-in / top up in their WinZir wallet via Maya.  
   1. User top up ₱1,500 from Maya wallet
      1. Step 1: Tap the + icon on the Winzir app
      2. Step 2: Choose Maya as the top-up method
      3. Step 3: Top up at least P1,500
   2. Users automatically receive their raffle entries via Maya App.
4. Qualified transactions will automatically earn the user one (1) raffle entry. 
5. Qualified users will receive a Maya app notification after they have completed the qualified transaction to inform them of their automatic raffle entry.
6. Customer will not need to register their transaction to receive raffle entry. Maya will automatically detect qualified transactions to record the user’s raffle entry. 
7. A user can earn one (1) raffle entries per transaction of at least ₱1,500 from Maya wallet.
8. Eligible transaction will get a chance to be part of 5 winners of ₱50,000.
9. The raffle draw will be conducted on August 7, 2024 in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry ("DTI”) representative. Raffle winners will be announced via Maya and WinZir’s applicable communication channels on August 20, 2024.
10. Raffle winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya in app notification, Maya-registered e-mail address, snail mail, and mobile number. 
11. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge the message (registered notice) sent by Maya. Failure to revert to the Maya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim and Maya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners with prior DTI approval.
12. Winners must acknowledge and respond by presenting the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes:
    1. Full Name
    2. Maya-registered mobile number
    3. Present
    4. Address
    5. 1 Valid ID (Passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID) reflecting present address.
13. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. The redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.
14. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
15. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
16. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and the participating partners’ and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
17. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
18. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
19. In case of dispute regarding customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Maya in concurrence with partner merchant.
20. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (e.g., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
21. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
