1. Promo period is from July 1 – August 15, 2023
2. The promo is open to new Maya users (consumer accounts only) who will sign up from July 1-31, 2023.
3. Qualified users can get enjoy free shipping or a P50 reward when they accomplish the following steps within the promo period:
   • Step 1: Create a Maya account with the code MPLLOVESMAYA or MLBBLOVESMAYA or a unique code from your favorite Gamers.
   • Step 2: Upgrade your Maya account
   • Step 3: Buy at least one (1) Maya MLBB Card on the app
4. How to buy a Maya MLBB Card:
   1. In the Maya App, tap on Cards.
   2. Under the Cards tab, scroll to the rightmost section and tap Order a Maya Card
   3. Choose from the 3 Maya MLBB Card designs available – Miya, Nana, Zilong
   4. Choose the option to add your Maya @username (if you have one) or just choose the standard card
   5. Enter your delivery address
   6. Pay for your order with Maya
   7. You're done! Delivery takes 8-10 working days in Metro Manila and 10-12 working days in other areas.
5. How to activate your Maya MLBB Card:
   1. In the Maya App, tap on Cards.
   2. Under the Cards tab, scroll to the rightmost section and tap Link your Maya Card.
   3. Enter the card information as seen on your Physical Card:
      1. Card Number
      2. Expiry Month
      3. Expiry Year
      4. Security Code (found on the back of the card)
   4. After entering your card details, set your 6-Digit Card PIN. This PIN will be used for your transactions made via ATM, POS, etc.
   5. Once PIN is validated, you’re done! You can now use your card!
6. A qualified Maya user can only redeem their P50 reward once (1x) for the whole promo period. Maximum reward of P50 per user.
7. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
8. Qualified users will receive their reward anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
9. Unused rewards will expire within thirty (30) days upon receipt.
10. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period.
11. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
12. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to Lazada, ShopeePay, etc.) and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
13. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
14. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
15. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
16. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
17. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
18. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
19. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if it has already been issued.
20. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya accounts created using the Maya app and registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Moreover, accounts created outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
21. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo.
22. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
23. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
24. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
25. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
26. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period/ The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. 27. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
