Promo Mechanics   

1. This promo is open to all PayMaya users. 
2. The promo will run from November 25 to December 9, 2019.
3. PayMaya users can enjoy a one-time 85% discount (pay PHP 359 instead of PHP 2388) when they pay for their Booky Prime membership via PayMaya.  
4. To avail of a Booky Prime membership:
   1. Go to https://api.phonebooky.com/paymaya
   2. Enter your PayMaya-registered mobile number
   3. Enter the four-digit verification code sent via SMS
   4. Input your Booky account details (first name, last name and email address)
   5. Click on “Continue to PayMaya” 
      
   6. Enter your PayMaya account details (mobile number and password)
   7. Enter the one-time PIN (OTP) that will be sent via SMS
   8. Tap on “Confirm Payment” 
5. PayMaya users can avail of this offer only once during the promo period.
6. Existing Booky Prime members cannot avail of this offer to renew their Prime subscription.
7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only.

9. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of discounts to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
10. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw discounts or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received it.
11. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. 12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, a senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

Should the qualified purchase be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer or merchant initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled purchase, even if the rewards or prizes have been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
