Promo Mechanics

1. This promo is open to all PayMaya users.
2. The promo will run from February 1, 2020 to February 29, 2020.
3. PayMaya users can enjoy a one-time 50% discount (pay PHP 450 instead of PHP 900) when they pay for their Zomato Gold membership via their PayMaya Virtual or Physical card.
4. To avail of a Zomato Gold membership:
   1. Go to Zomato.com/manila/gold
   2. Log in or sign up using your email address
   3. Select 12 months membership and click "BUY PLAN"
   4. Enter Payment details under "Select Payment Methods".
   5. Enter promo code ZMTGLDPYMY and click apply.
   6. Click Pay PHP 450.00 by card to confirm purchase
5. Once the subscription code is redeemed, the membership is non-refundable
6. Zomato Gold offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or deal.
7. Any queries and disputes pertaining to Zomato Gold, including redemption / usage thereof, shall be solely addressed by Zomato.

11. How to get another PHP100 from PayMaya (New users only) (DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB 21717 Series of 2019):
    1. NEW/UN-UPGRADED PayMaya users:
       1. User to download and register to PayMaya then upgrade their account.
       2. Once upgraded, the user can input the code: ZMTGLDPYMY to get PHP50 PayMaya credits.
    2. To get another PHP50, the user can Send for PHP25 PayMaya credits and/or Spend for PHP25 PayMaya credits
       1. First time to send money to another PayMaya user and/or spend with his/her PayMaya account during the promo period (minimum PHP1 send or spend value)
       2. Wait for an SMS to confirm your reward receipt
12. The user will be rewarded P50 PayMaya credits upon successful upgrade and will receive an SMS confirmation.
13. A successful transaction entails the following:
    1. The user successfully created an account using the promo code.
    2. The user successfully upgrades his/her PayMaya account. Upon successful upgrade of the user’s PayMaya account during the promo period, he/she will also be rewarded with P50, which will be credited directly to his/her PayMaya account.
14. The P50 reward will not be credited to the user if he/she fails to input the promo code and upgrades his/her account first. The reward will only be credited if the exact sequence is followed:
    1. Input promo code
    2. Upgrade account
15. The reward will not be given if a pre-existing PayMaya user creates another account with a different mobile number.
16. Any user who uses a promo code and upgrades his/her account after the end of the program period will not receive the reward.
17. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
18. PayMaya users can avail of this offer only once during the promo period.

21. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of discounts to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
22. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw discounts or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received it.
23. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. 24. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, a senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
25. Should the qualified purchase be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer or merchant initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled purchase, even if the rewards or prizes have been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
