  1. The campaign period will run from July 13 to August 13, 2024.
  2. The promo is open to new and existing Maya Easy Credit users who will receive the following SMS spiel: “Enjoy FREE Service Fee when use Maya Easy Credit with a min. spend of PHP 2,500.00 to scan to pay via QR, checkout online, pay bills, and more! Per DTI Fait Trade Permit No. FTEB-198263, Series of 2024.”
  3. Users who do not receive the SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join the promo.
  4. Users need to activate and spend at least PHP 2,500 Maya Easy Credit from July 13 to 26, 2024 (“Spend Period”) to qualify for the waived service fee for all qualified drawdowns within the Campaign Period. Only the transactions qualified below, made within the Spend Period, will be qualified for the promo:

  5. Qualified users will be awarded with the service fee cashback for a maximum of PHP 5,000 spent with Maya Easy Credit within the Campaign Period.
  6. Qualified users will receive the service fee cashback once transactions have been validated.
  7. Service Fee is subject to credit evaluation and may vary per user depending on user’s credit history. A user may find the service fee in the Maya app upon application for Maya Easy Credit.
  8. The Service Fee cashback will be based on the qualified users’ total amount spent on the qualified activities seen in item 6, within the campaign period.
  9. Qualified users’ reward is capped based on PHP 5,000 spend.
    1. Example 1: User transferred PHP 10,000 to wallet and spent all, only PHP 5,000 worth of service fee will be the basis for the cashback.
    2. Example 2: User meets min. PHP 2,500 spend requirement during the Spend Period, and user spend another PHP 2,500 for the rest of the Campaign Period (until August 12). User will receive 100% service cashback for the entire amount spent during the Campaign Period.
    3. Example 3: User meets min. PHP 2,500 spend requirement during the Spend Period, and user spend PHP 3,000 for the rest of the Campaign Period (until August 12). User will receive 100% Service Fee cashback for PHP 5,000 of their spend, since rewardable amount is capped at PHP 5,000 for the Campaign Period.
  10. Example 4: User borrows and spends PHP 2,000 during the Spend Period. User will not be qualified for any service fee cashback since they did not meet the min. spend requirement. Maya Easy Credit account
  11. must be in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward.
  12. The necessary transactions must be verified and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
  13. The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher up to thirty business days after the end of the promo period.
  14. To redeem the cashback / voucher, qualified users should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
  15. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  16. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward.
  17. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
  18. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
  19. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  20. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  21. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  22. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  23. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  24. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  25. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
