Maya Lucky Draw Raffle

Enter our raffle on either a Japan trip, an Iphone 16 Pro Max, or Apple Airpods Pro!

Promo is open to all Maya users (KYC 1 & 0, Consumer accounts only); subject to the following:

1. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
2. Former employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and Voyager Innovations, Inc. whose last day of employment under these companies falls within 730 days from promo start date are disqualified from joining the promotion.
3. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
4. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
5. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
6. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Account log ins made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.

1. Promo period is from November 20^th 2024 to December 31^st
2. Promo is open to all Maya users (KYC 1 & 0, Consumer accounts only) except for the ones clearly mentioned as excluded in the eligibility section above.
3. To become a part of the campaign, customers will have to complete the following steps
   1. Log in to the Maya App
   2. Click on Raffle Game tile
   3. Select the Raffle you want to join from within the 3 Raffle Game options available
   4. Read the campaign mechanics and terms & conditions
   5. Click on Add 1 Raffle Entry button at the bottom of the page
   6. Users should have at least 1 peso on their wallet for them to be able to join the raffle.
4. The raffle will have 3 raffle options
   1. Raffle Option 1: International Trip (Trip To Japan)
   2. Raffle Option 2: IPhone 16 Pro Max
   3. Raffle Option 3: Apple Airpods Pro
5. Once the customer has completed the raffle entry for 1 Raffle Game option, that option will go in cooldown mode and will not be accessible to the customer for a defined period of time.
   1. Cooldown for International trip – 1 Day
   2. Cooldown for IPhone 16 pro max – 1 Day
   3. Cooldown for Apple airpods pro – 1 Day
6. The Prizes against each of the Raffle Options will be clearly mentioned in the app along with their coverage details
7. A user can log multiple entries against each Raffle Option during the course of the promo
8. Qualified users will be notified that they have successfully earned a raffle entry.
9. A qualified user may only win a prize ONCE.
10. Gadget raffle prizes are non-convertible and non-transferable to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of the prize distribution. Travel prizes are non-transferable but can be converted to cash. Any taxes or fees related to the prize or conversion will be the shouldered by the winner.
11. For selection of winners, Maya will conduct a system supported random draw with the presence of DTI personnel for oversight
12. Only KYC1 Verified customers will be selected as winners. KYC0 customers can participate in the promo but need to ensure that they upgrade themselves to KYC1 during the course of the promo to be eligible for claiming the prize. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
13. Maya will notify the winners through their registered email, call, SMS and within the Maya app. Contact will be established only via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through call, or mail.
14. Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgement of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
15. With prior approval of the DTI-FTEB, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
16. Winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Maya upon request, as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo. Winners agree that Maya’s use of these photos in any material must not require any further compensation from Maya.
17. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
18. Winners will be announced to the public via Maya’s official Facebook page. The promo winners will be announced anytime from date of the raffle draw to up to fourteen (14) days after said the draw
19. The winner of the international trip to Japan will be responsible for their Visa application and other necessary requirements for entry. Maya will only be shouldering the costs associated with flights and hotel accommodation.
