The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.

Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.

Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.

For Maya Credit transactions to be eligible, a user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due in order to be eligible to earn the raffle entries.
Each Maya transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.

Qualified users (referrers) can participate in the promo and earn rewards when they do any of the following activity:
Referrers may refer new and existing Maya users who do not have access to Maya Easy Credit. 6. Referrers can only refer a maximum of five (5) people using the codes to be provided to them.
Codes will be invalid if used more the five (5) times, or until Jan. 31, 2025 whichever comes first.
Referrer’s total reward is capped at PHP 600 only.

Until when does my referee have to meet the accumulated P8,000 Maya Easy Credit transfer to wallet spend?

If your referee activated their Maya account in November, they have until January 31 to reach the P8,000 transfer to wallet accumulated spend requirement. If they activate in December, referees have until February 28. For January activations, they have until March 31.

If you already have Maya Easy Credit, you are not eligible to become a referee. To use Maya Easy Credit, just visit the Credit tab on your Maya app to view your account details and enjoy your extra budget!

Who can I share my code with?

Can I refer more than 5 people?

No, only five (5) referees are allowed per user. After your referral code is successfully used 5 times, it can no longer be used. Referees will only be rewarded for up to 5 successful referees.

Why do I keep seeing a “That didn’t load right” message whenever I enter my code in the Missions page?

If you’re encountering issues with entering your code, please perform the following steps:

Ensure that you have entered the code accurately. Codes are case-sensitive and need to be entered exactly as provided. Otherwise, you may be disqualified from this offer.
Confirm that the code is still valid and has not yet expired. You may refer to the posted communication materials to check the validity period of the code. If you are still encountering issues with your code or app, please get in touch with Maya’s customer support team.

The service fee and/or credit limit offer suddenly changed when I dropped off and returned to the Credit tab to continue my application. How do I get the initial offer again?

Your Maya Easy Credit offer is available for a limited time only, and the credit limit and service fee presented to you may change at any time while your Maya Easy Credit account is not yet activated. Complete your Maya Easy Credit application once you begin so that you don’t lose out on your desired offer.

How will I know if I am approved and can use my Maya Easy Credit?

The status of your application and assigned credit limit appear on your Maya app in real time.

Upon trying to apply for Maya Easy Credit on the Maya app, it shows that I am not eligible. Why was I declined/ineligible and what can I do to become eligible?

Please note that Maya Easy Credit approval and offer are subject to credit evaluation. But don't worry, you have a chance to become eligible next time. Your eligibility is based on several factors, such as your credit history, Maya app usage, and more. Keep your Maya app notifications on and we’ll let you know once Maya Easy Credit is ready for you. You can also apply again after 60 days.

How and where do I use Maya Easy Credit?

Once approved for Maya Easy Credit and your credit limit becomes available on your Maya app, you can transfer your Maya Easy Credit funds to your Wallet or use Maya Easy Credit to pay for goods and services at any partner merchant. To find out if Maya Easy Credit is accepted at your preferred store, just scan to pay via QR or checkout online and you should see Maya Easy Credit as a payment option.

Can I request for a credit limit increase?

A notification will be sent to you by Maya once your account is eligible for a credit limit increase. To increase your chances of a credit limit increase, make sure to settle your total amount due on or before the due date, and continue to use Maya Easy Credit.

How to redeem the reward voucher?

Open the Maya app and log in to your account
Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
Select the [voucher name] voucher to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim now”

When will I be rewarded?

You will be rewarded within thirty (30) days after validating the activities performed and transactions made by the referee.

What are the applicable fees for using Maya Easy Credit and how do I compute these?

Here are the applicable fees and charges for Maya Easy Credit:

Service Fee - Charged upon using Maya Easy Credit to transfer funds to Maya Wallet or to purchase goods and/or services.
Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) - Charged to your account for every Maya Easy Credit transaction. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, DST is computed as P1.50 for every P200 spent, multiplied by 30 out of 365 days.
Late Penalty Fee - Only applies to past due accounts, computed as 0.17% of the overdue principal amount, and charged to your account on a daily basis until your outstanding balance is fully settled.

Here's a sample computation using a 5% service fee:

Payment made during coverage period (No payment made yet): P0.00
Maya Easy Credit Service fee: +P50.00
Documentary stamp tax (0.75% x 30/365 of used limit): +P0.62
Total bill amount: P1,050.62

Pay on time to avoid being charged a daily penalty fee of 0.17% of your overdue principal balance. The penalty fee (0.17% x overdue principal balance) is charged daily until you have fully settled your total overdue amount.

How can I pay my total amount due in my Maya Easy Credit account?

For real-time posting of payments, you may pay for your Maya Easy Credit on the Credit tab or by selecting 'Bills' on the Wallet tab of your Maya app.

You may also pay at any Maya Center agent. Just provide the 12-digit account number found in the Account Summary screen on the Credit tab and the total amount due. Expect your payment to be posted within three (3) business days.
