Landers Store Referral Program

The promo period is from November 1-30, 2024.
This promo is open to all Maya users, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
Users can participate in this promo and get P1 / P10 / P100 / P1000 cashback when they pay P1,000 worth of participating bills on the Maya app. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
Valid for first time bill payers. Users can avail of the cashback reward 3x during the promo period.
User must pay P1,000 worth of bills from participating categories. Qualified bills pay transactions for this promo are limited to billers listed under the following payment categories in the app: Water, Electricity, Cable & Internet, Telecoms, Loans, Insurance, Government, Real Estate, Schools, Toll.
Payment transactions must be done within the indicated promo duration and must be subsequently cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded

Eligibility

Promo period is from March 24 - June 30, 2025.
This promotion is open to all Landers members who will:
1. Sign up for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card
2. Download the Maya app
3. Upgrade their Maya account; and
4. Enter their Landers Store referral code within the app

Mechanics

Qualified referred customers will qualify for the cash incentive (P100 each).
To qualify:
1. The Referral (Landers Member) must register in the Maya app using the Landers referral code displayed in the membership counter.
2. The Referral must upgrade their Maya account after Maya registration by following instructions in the Maya app.
3. The Referral must have signed up for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card (LCECC).
4. The Referral must be with an active Landers membership
5. Referrals can register for the Maya app within the promo period only. This shall be known as the “Referral Period.”
6. Referrals who have signed up for LCECC before the Referral Period are qualified for the promo provided that they perform their Maya registration and upgrade their account during the Promo Period.
If qualifications are met, Referral will receive a P100 reward.
The reward will be credited to the Referral’s Maya Wallet using their Maya-registered mobile number within 10 business days and is subject to applicable tax.
Each qualified Referral may only qualify and receive the reward once.
For Referrals to qualify as a referral, they must follow the process below:
1. Step 1: Complete the sign up for the Landers Credit Card by choosing Premium Membership with application to Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card.
2. Step 2: Download Maya and create an upgraded account (KYC).
3. Step 3: On the Wallet tab, scroll down to Missions and select 'Landers Store Frontliners Credit Card Referral Program'
4. Step 4: Enter the referral code
All the Referrals will go through the Bank’s standard credit card evaluation process/approval and turn around time.
1. Upon pre-eligibility checks, the Referral will receive a message from the Maya app to continue with the final steps of application at the "Cards” tab on the Maya app and provide additional details and/or additional income documents as needed.
2. Upon approval, the Referral may use their Credit Card for online purchases. The Physical Card will be delivered afterward following the standard card delivery turnaround time for Metro Manila and provinces by Maya’s card courier/s.
  1. Upon the delivery of the Physical Card, the Referral must activate the card on the Maya app by scanning the QR code from the card carrier.
Additional Guidelines when referring:
1. Referrals who submit applications through other means outside the mission process and beyond the referral period shall not qualify
2. Referrals who quote a referral code not provided by Maya shall not qualify
3. Referrers referring an existing LCCC cardholder shall not qualify
4. Referrals who will register for Maya during the promo period but upgrade their account after the promo period will not qualify for the incentive.
5. Referrals who will register for the Maya app but have not signed up for LCECC will not qualify for the incentive.
6. Only Referrers and Referrals who fully comply with the application requirements can be counted under this Referral Program.
7. In case a Referrer is found to have made a misrepresentation or any other similar activity, as determined by Maya Bank, the latter shall have the right to forfeit the referral/reward.
8. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
9. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
Only Referrals can follow up the status of their card application with Maya Bank based on the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) through the various contact details provided for purposes of their credit card application. Maya shall not be bound to share any personal data of the applicant with the Referrer.

Terms & Conditions

The cash voucher reward shall be credited to the Referrer’s/Referral’s own or assigned Maya Wallet using their Maya-registered mobile number and is subject to applicable tax.
The reward is non-transferable.
Any possible dispute on the awarding of the reward under this Program shall be settled with due diligence among the involved parties. However, the final decision shall rest on Maya Bank.
The Maya Credit Cards Business reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time with notice to the Referrers and Referrals.
The Referral Program is subject to the General Terms and Conditions on the issuance of the Landers Everyday Cashback Credit Card by Maya.
The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the cash incentive.
If the cash voucher has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cash voucher.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya users who have exceeded their wallet aggregate limits may experience delays in receiving their cash voucher. This will be credited either in the following month or once the user’s account balance is back within the allowable limit.
The Referrer and Referrals must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications, complaints and further assistance relative to this promo customers may visit the Help Center in the Maya app by navigating to 'Profile' and selecting 'Get Help.'
