• Reach accumulated spends of P2,000, P8,000, P15,000, and P25,000 to get cashback rewards.

1. The promo period is from February 18 – March 31, 2025. 
2. The promo is open to Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card holders who receive the official promo invitation via SMS from Maya. Eligibility is determined based on Maya's internal criteria. 
3. Only single-receipt purchases of at least Php 2,000 are able to qualify for the accumulated spends. 
4. Each user can qualify only once for each cashback accumulated per tier.  
5. Each user can only get a maximum of Php 2,500 total cashback during the promo period. 

1. Qualified users can get up to Php 2,500 cashback when they accumulate a total spend of Php 25,000 with the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card during the promo period. Qualified users will be getting a cashback reward for every accumulated spend completed:

2. Cashback will be credited to the user’s Landers Cashback Credit Card once they reach the accumulated spend. 
3. The cashback reward will be credited in the form of a voucher within thirty (30) business days after the promo period, but no later than April 30, 2025, to allow for reconciliation and verification of transactions.  
4. Qualified Spend: 
   1. Single receipt purchases of at least Php 2,000 
   2. Local and cross border in-store and online purchases 
   3. Exclusions: 
      1. Cash advances made via ATM or over-the-counter and cash in to load e-wallets/prepaid cards or any similar transactions 
      2. Any type of Bills Payment such as Auto Charge, Charge-on-Demand, utility or recurring bills, loan payments and the like 
      3. Transactions from casinos or from merchants engaged in betting or gambling 
      4. Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like 
5. Maya Bank has the sole discretion in determining whether a transaction is classified under these exclusions. Maya is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by the acquiring bank of each merchant establishment to be able to identify the inclusion/exclusion of a transaction. 
6. In computing for the total qualified spend amount: Transactions using a Virtual Card can be combined with the transactions of the main Card. 

1. To redeem the cashback / voucher, qualified users should follow these steps: 
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.  
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.  
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".  
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.  
2. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt of voucher.  
3. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app or via SMS. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply: 
   1. Maya users with business or merchant accounts, including those using the Maya Business App, are disqualified from participating. 
   2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.  
   3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.  
   4. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any prize or benefit if the participant is found to have duplicate accounts or if they are blacklisted due to violations of Maya’s terms and conditions. 
4. The cashback reward is considered final unless a complaint is raised within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, Maya, in coordination with DTI, will review the matter. 
5. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period. 
6. Refunded transactions made through the credit card will not qualify for this promo. 
7. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
8. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided. 
9. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of the prize, subject to prior approval by DTI-FTEB. 
10. With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption. 
11. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.  
12. Each payment transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded, reversed or voided.  
13. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
14. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued. 
15. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account. 
16. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.  
17. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation.  
18. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.  
19. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the a violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya reserves the right to claw back the prize or reward. 
20. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited.  
21. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.  
22. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. 23. If a user exceeds their account limits, the cashback or prize may be delayed. The prize will be credited once the account balance is within the allowable limit- – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
