2. Existing Maya users- those who have created & registered their account prior to Oct.1, 2024.
  Example: User creates & registers their Maya account on Oct. 1, 2024. They are only considered as a NEW Maya User until Oct. 31, 2024. They will be considered as an existing user beyond Oct. 31, 2024.

New Maya Users

Qualified New Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% p.a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

If a Maya Savings accountholder who just opened a Savings account did not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet, he/she will still be enjoying a 3.5% interest rate p.a. on his/her Maya Savings account.

Qualified Existing Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified accumulated transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact at least Php 250 to Php35,250 with fund source Maya Wallet, and Php 3,000 with fund source from Maya Credit, worth of qualified transactions again to qualify for the promo.
Maya Credit transactions made via QR, Pay with Maya, or at the Maya Shop are the only qualified transactions considered for the +1% Php 3,000 spend via Maya Credit.
Accountholder will see on the Savings dashboard their qualification duration for bonus interest rate they are qualified for Maya Savings on the same day of their successful transaction.
An accountholder who qualified within a certain month, will get their bonus interest rate until the last day of the same qualifying month as illustrated below:

Accountholder will be able to see their qualification duration for the bonus interest rate on the Savings dashboard or on the Missions screen

Note: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version so you can track your boosted interest. You can check your Missions anytime to see your progress. For some users, you won't immediately see your Savings interest screen but your bonus interest will still be credited to your account every day after making a qualified transaction.

Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or sub-merchants are not qualified for the promo.
Maya card (Visa or Mastercard) payments made to the following merchant categories will be excluded from the promo:

Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)

Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. FAQs

Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt of voucher.    
Maya and/or Maya Bank account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of any Maya and/or Maya Bank promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya and/or Maya Bank are not qualified to participate in this promo.    
Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya and/or Maya Bank system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.    
If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya and/or Maya Bank shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.    
Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).    
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward from the Maya wallet balance equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover  the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when the balance becomes sufficient.

Terms & Conditions

Maya and/or Maya Bank users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.    
In case of dispute, Maya reserves the right to act and decide on such dispute. Maya’s decision over the dispute shall be considered final.     
The customer must notify Maya and/or Maya Bank for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya and/or Maya Bank on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
