1. Promo period is from February 4 - June 30, 2025. 
2. This promotion is open to all active Landers Credit Cardholders (LCCC cardholders) who successfully refer individuals to apply for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card during the Promo Period. 
3. A successful referral is defined as one where the referred individual is approved for a Landers Credit Card.  
4. Only LCCC cardholders who are in active status are qualified to make referrals. 
5. There is no limit to the number of referrals that a cardholder wishes to refer. 
6. To qualify for the reward, referrals can apply for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card starting February 4 to June 30, 2025, only. This shall be known as the “Referral Period.”

1. Each successful referral is equivalent to a PHP500 reward. 
2. The reward will be credited to the Referrer’s Maya Wallet on the 7th working day of each month, based on active card referrals approved in the previous month.   
3. The reward shall be credited to the Referrer’s Maya Wallet using their Maya-registered mobile number and is subject to applicable tax.  
4. Credit cardholders (referrer) will be assigned a unique referral code and will be sent through in-app communications. Credit cardholders must turn on their notifications or check the messages in the Maya app to view their referral code. The referral code will be made up of the first 5 characters of the cardholder’s name excluding special characters + the last 4 digits of their LCCC + the last 4 digits of their mobile number.  
5. For users to qualify as a referral, they must follow the process below:  
   1. Step 1: Download Maya and create an upgraded account if you don't have one yet  
   2. Step 2: On the Wallet tab, scroll down to Missions and select 'Landers Credit Card Referral Program'  
   3. Step 3: Enter the referral code  
   4. Step 4: Go to the Cards tab and click 'Apply now'  
   5. Step 5: Enter your Landers membership  
6. All the Referrals will go through the Bank’s standard credit card evaluation process/approval and turn around time (1 to 2 weeks).  
7. Upon pre-eligibility checks, the Referral will receive a message from the Maya app to continue with the final steps of application at the "Cards” tab on the Maya app and provide additional details and/or additional income documents as needed.  
8. Upon approval, the Referral may use their Credit Card for online purchases. The Physical Card will be delivered afterward following the standard card delivery turnaround time for Metro Manila and provinces by Maya’s card courier/s.  
9. Upon the delivery of the Physical Card, the Referral must activate the card on the Maya app by scanning the QR code from the card carrier.  
10. Additional Guidelines when referring:  
    1. Referrals who submit applications through other means outside the mission process and beyond the referral period shall not qualify 
    2. Referrals who quote a referral code not provided by Maya shall not qualify  
    3. Maya LCCC-Employees referring co-employees/superiors shall not qualify 
    4. LCCC cardholders referring an existing LCCC cardholder shall not qualify 
    5. Only Referrers and Referrals who fully comply with the application requirements can be counted under this Referral Program. 
    6. In case a Referrer is found to have made a misrepresentation or any other similar activity, as determined by Maya Bank, the latter shall have the right to forfeit the referral/reward.  
    7. Reward/Referrals of cardholders will be forfeited if cardholder cancels the card, cardholder becomes past due or Bank suspends the cardholder due to valid reasons as covered in the Credit Card T&C. 
    8. Only Referrals can follow up the status of their card application with Maya Bank based on the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) through the various contact details provided for purposes of their credit card application. Maya shall not be bound to share any personal data of the applicant with the LCCC Referrer even if the same originated or was submitted to Maya by the Employee-Referrer. 

1. The reward is non-transferable. 
2. Any possible dispute on the awarding of the reward under this Program shall be settled with due diligence among the involved parties. However, the final decision shall rest on Maya Bank.  
3. The Credit Cards Business reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time with notice to the LC Credit Cardholders. 
4. The LCCC Member Get Member Program is subject to the General Terms and Conditions on the issuance of the Landers Everyday Cashback Credit Card by Maya. 
5. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. 
6. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period. 
7. Refunded / reversed transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. 
8. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
9. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
10. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
11. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).  
12. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.  
13. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may experience delays in receiving their prize or cashback. The prize or cashback will be credited either in the following month or once the user’s account balance is back within the allowable limits: P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.  
14. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications, complaints and further assistance relative to this promo customers may visit the Help Center in the Maya app by navigating to 'Profile' and selecting 'Get Help.'
