Get up to ₱300 when you upgrade and spend: Landers exclusive

1. This promo is open to new (date of registration: October 21-November 30) Maya users with upgraded accounts who will pay their bills or scan to pay with Maya at Landers on the same month of their registration.
2. The promo is only open to those who will receive targeted communications.

Promo Period and Reward:

1. October 21 – November 30, 2024
2. Registration and scan to pay transaction must be at the same month for user to qualify.
3. Users who download sign-up and upgrade must do the qualified transactions to avail of the cashback.
4. Users may get up to ₱300 reward when they complete all qualified activities.

How to avail of the reward:

1. Receive targeted communications.
2. Download, sign up and upgrade your Maya account to get ₱100
3. Do either of the two to get additional ₱200:
   1. Pay a bill worth ₱2,000 OR,
   2. Use Maya on your ₱2000 worth of Landers purchase when you pay online or scan to pay in-store.

Promo Exclusions:

1. Cashback is only valid for new Maya users who have upgraded their account

General:

1. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
2. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
3. Vouchers are valid for 60 days upon reward to customer.
4. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
5. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
6. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
7. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
8. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
9. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. 10. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
