Win up to P100,000 voucher when you use Maya Credit

1. The promo will run from October 16, 2022 to November 15, 2022 (the “promo period”)
2. The promo is open to all users eligible for Maya Credit.
3. Qualified users will earn raffle entries corresponding to the activities completed in the following sequence/order:

4. A user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due in order to be eligible to earn raffle entries and prizes.
5. An existing Maya Credit user who has activated their Maya Credit account prior to the promo period can also earn raffle entries.
6. Users must use their credit limit of at least P500 by tapping on the ‘Transfer to Wallet’ button and do a valid Wallet transaction worth at least P500 in order to earn raffle entries under Steps 3a and 3b.
7. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the raffle entry.
8. Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction as proof of the raffle entries they have earned.
9. A total of twenty-five (25) Maya users will each win PHP 1,000 voucher weekly, and one (1) winner will win a PHP 100,000 voucher at the end of the promo period.

10. A qualified Maya user can only win ONCE (1x) per weekly draw. A user who already won in the previous weekly draw can still get a chance to win prizes in the subsequent weekly draws.
11. Users must first use their credit limit of at least P500 by tapping on the ‘Transfer to Wallet’ button before doing any of the transactions in Step 3b in order to earn raffle entries.
12. The deadline for earning raffle entries is November 15, 2022, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
13. Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.
14. Raffle entries earned from the entire duration of the promo are cumulative for the Grand Prize only.
15. The raffle draw will be conducted over Microsoft Teams with the presence of an authorized DTI-FTEB representative.
16. All cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s Maya app in the form of a voucher up to thirty business days after the end of the promo period
17. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.
18. The list of raffle winners will be posted on the Maya official Facebook page.
19. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email, or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. The winners agree that their personal information will be processed according to the promo mechanics and Maya Privacy Policy which can be found in https://www.maya.ph/privacy.
20. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print, and online media.
21. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image, and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
22. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
23. Promo prizes are not subject to tax and non-convertible. They will be credited to the winner’s Maya account in the form of a voucher.Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
24. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
25.  All regular and contractual employees of Maya Bank, Inc., Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle.
