Qualified users can participate in this promo and get P1 / P5 / P10 / P50 cashback when they buy at least P50 worth of any load on Maya for the first time. Max 4x rewarding per user.

The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

What is the P500 Welcome Reward? 

The P500 Welcome reward is earned when you apply and get approved for Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card until March 31, 2025, and spend an accumulated P5,000 anywhere until April 30, 2025.

How do I know if I’m qualified to join the promo?

You are eligible to join the promo when you receive an SMS spiel, “Get a welcome reward when you complete your application for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card by Maya.”

How can I redeem my Welcome Reward? 

Open the Maya app and log in to your account. 
Tap “Vouhers” in the home screen
Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.

How many times can I redeem the Welcome Reward?

You can only qualify once during the whole promo duration, and you can only earn the P500 Welcome reward after finishing all the activities.

How long do I need to wait for my Welcome Reward to be credited to my Maya wallet? 

You will receive your voucher anytime from the qualified transaction to up to thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.

What will happen if I fail to redeem my Welcome Reward voucher?

Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt of voucher.

Can I transfer my Welcome Reward voucher? 

No, the voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.

What happens if my qualifying transaction is cancelled or refunded? 

Cancelled, voided, refunded, or declined qualified transactions (whether initiated by the customer, biller, or merchant) are not permitted. Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards, even if they have already been credited.

What happens if my account has reached the aggregate limit?

The voucher will be credited the following month or once the account balance is within the allowed limits: P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

Terms and Conditions

Users who accomplish the required activities will get PHP 500 cashback.
Cashback reward is capped at PHP 500 only per user. Users can only qualify once during the whole promo duration.
Users can only get cashback reward if able to do required activities in item 4.
Users who have qualified and been rewarded with a welcome reward in the past are not eligible to participate in this promo.
Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card account must be in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward.
Users must ensure that their personal information is the same in both their Landers membership and Maya account. Their Landers membership must also be valid within the promo period and must not go beyond its expiration date.
Payments made to or purchases of wallet top-up, cash advance/quasi cash and Card charges for casinos/ gambling/gaming are not qualified for the promo.
If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize/reward give, or its corresponding monetary value.
The necessary transactions must be verified and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher anytime from their qualified transaction to up to thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
To redeem the cashback / voucher, qualified users should follow these steps:

1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward.
Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
Refunded transactions made through the credit card will not qualify for this promo.
Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
Each payment transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded, reversed or voided.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.

Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited.
