This promo is open to all Maya Users who Open their Maya savings account and with accumulate spend at least Php 3,000 within the Promo period.

I. Landers cc: 30k spend Tier

1. All new or existing Maya users with upgraded Maya accounts must reach an accumulated spend of Php30,000 using their Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card by Maya every month within the promo period to be qualified to the exclusive promo:
   1. Start date of the bonus of +1% interest rate p.a. for up to Php100K on your Maya Savings account, will depend on when user qualifies for the promo, refreshed monthly. 
   2. Users must make a qualified transaction every month within the promo period to get the +1% bonus interest rate p.a. for up to Php100K on your Maya Savings. See sample chart below.
      
2. Users who have an active +1% bonus interest rate p.a. for up to Php100,000 until April 30, 2025 will receive their final boosted interest of 1% p.a. on May 1, 2025.
3. Once any of the above transactions is completed, the new or existing Maya user will be able to enjoy the following offers:

6. Qualified new or existing Maya users who successfully paid using Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card by Maya with an accumulated spend of Php 30,000 can get an additional 1% interest per annum (p.a.) credited daily up to Php100,000 end-of-day deposit balance on their Maya Savings until April 30, 2025. The additional 1% interest p.a. exclusive to this promo will be on top of Maya’s existing Maya Savings base interest mechanics and offers.
7. New and existing Maya users who successfully paid using Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card by Maya with an accumulated spend of Php 30,000 but with no Maya Savings will not be able to get an additional 1% interest per annum (p.a.). Users must open a Maya Savings account first before completing the required Php 30,000 accumulated spend to be able to qualify for the promo.
8. In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact and achieve one-time spend using “Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card by Maya” of Php 30,000 worth of qualified transaction again to qualify for the promo.
9. Account holder will see his/her qualification duration for the bonus interest rate on the Savings dashboard or on the Missions screen the same day the qualified transaction was made.
   Note: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version so you can track your boosted interest. You can check your Missions anytime to see your progress. For some users, you won’t immediately see your Savings interest screen, but your bonus interest will still be credited to your account every day after making a qualified transaction.

2. Only “Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card by Maya” transactions are included in the promo, other Maya use cases such as Maya Card, airtime load, bills payment, QR, etc. are excluded from the promo.
3. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
4. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or sub merchants are not qualified for the promo.
5. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
6. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
7. Select users eligible for other targeted promos may no longer be eligible for this promo at the discretion of Maya.
8. Refunded transactions made through the credit card will not qualify for this promo. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
9. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. 10. Promo participants must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.

12. Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this promo. Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo.
13. In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfilment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
