ZERO BIR & PayPal Fees when you sign up with Maya! 

1. This promo is open to new users who do not have an existing account and will sign up for Maya within the promo period, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines. 
2. The promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will pay their BIR Taxes for the first time during the promo duration using the in-app Bills Payment feature. 

1. The promo period is from February 1, 2025 – April 30, 2025  
2. This promo is open to new users who do not have an existing account and will sign up for Maya within the promo period, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines.  
3. The promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will pay their BIR Taxes for the first time during the promo duration using the in-app Bills Payment feature.  
4. This promo is open to all Maya consumer accounts who have registered PayPal accounts and other Visa partners and linked Maya Visa (virtual or physical) cards, and will transfer funds from their Paypal and other Visa partners account to Maya for the first time ever. All accounts must be KYC1 or have upgraded accounts to be eligible to join the promo.  
5. The Maya user is eligible for a PHP250 cashback on their first PayPal and other Visa partners account to Maya fund transfer. The minimum transfer amount to the Maya wallet required to qualify for this promo is P15,000.  
6. Each qualified user can only redeem the offer once throughout the promo duration. Maximum reward a user can get is PHP250.  
7. New to Maya User who are KYC1 / upgraded status can redeem 1x free convenience fee (amounting to P20) when they pay their BIR tax for the first time. (new user = calendar month of registration) 
8. Payments made via QR or on BIR branches are not qualified for this promo. 
9. Qualification of transactions and their corresponding rewards will apply on a per calendar month basis and not on a rolling 30-day period. Any unused free convenience fee cannot be carried over next month’s consumption. (e.g. Last day of transactions eligible for the November voucher reward is on November 30. If user doesn’t transact in November, they forfeit the March reward allocation. 

General Section:  

1. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.  
2. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:  
3. Open the Maya app and log in to your account  
4. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen  
5. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”  
6. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”  
7. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS  
8. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance  
9. Qualified users will receive their cashback vouchers from the date of their valid transaction up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period.  
10. Unused/ Unclaimed voucher will expire 60 days upon receipt.  
11. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Maya reserves the right to withdraw and/or expire wrongfully rewarded cashbacks or vouchers regardless of if claimed or unclaimed by the user.  
12. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.  
13. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).  
14. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.  
15. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.  
16. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly known as PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.  
17. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.  
18. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. 19. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
